Good service, the only issues is sometimes the coach arrives early and you could end up missing it.

Bad smell in the bus.

The pick up area was chaotic and with the rain it didn´t help. I am not sure if there was a shortage of buses that day but the driver said that perhaps some people were going to be left behind. My bus was full and the pitch of the seats was narrow. And when I tried to leave my bag above the space was very narrow too.

A cheap and fairly pleasant way to travel as long as you don't drink much in advance or during! I used Aircoach to go from Dublin to Belfast in March. The coaches arrive early and give you plenty of time to stow your luggage and get settled which might include a comfort stop as there's no toilet onboard nor will the driver stop - even if there's a delay or deviation en route. Note that Ned Kelly's casino at the stop in Dublin city charges €1 and the Belfast stop is opposite the bus station so plenty of free toilets!

Very pleased with the services, only one point I would like to see improve more regular buses not every 2 hours, will definitely use again

I am a regular customer of Airporter and this was my first time using Airocach since the changeover. The buses are brilliant, spacious, not too warm, and much quicker now the road is complete and handier at Drumahoe Park and ride. The price is also brilliant compared to airporter prices. However, the only thing con is the timings of the buses. When I arrived in Belfast I would have just missed the bus and would have had to wait 2 hours until the next bus arrived at International and therefore my family had to drive up from Londonderry to collect me. Overall good experience but the timings were a hassle when arriving.

All are good. The seat size can be little bit increased!

We had the same driver on both journeys and he was both helpful and courteous.

Service is excellent but it could be more frequent.

Unfortunately it is no longer possible for passangers landing in Dublin Airport Terminal 1 to get on the Aircoach at Terminal 2 as used to be the case. This is very annoying if, after booking your ticket, you discover you have to be in Terminal 2 and want to get on the Aircoach down to Cork from Terminal 2 despite your ticket saying Terminal 1. Is there any means of being more flexible about this?

Comfortable journey spoiled only by a number of passengers bringing hot food (chicken pieces, oriental) onto the coach and eating it on the journey, thereby stinking out the entire bus. For anyone who is not a good traveller this would have made the journey very difficult indeed. I will however commend them for not leaving any rubbish behind when they got off the coach at Belfast
