“Really enjoyed the service and the driver was very good getting us there without any problems at all, a very smooth trip for sure and arrived exactly on time. It would be very hard to beat this type of service to Dublin airport from Belfast. Well done!”

“Very good service, punctuality was its strongest point. A little quibble is the difficulty in buying a ticket without signing up for the App. We would be using this service very seldomly so wouldn't be worth having their App on my phone.”

“Coaches are very comfortable. I was slightly confused when boarding at airport since I had prepurchased ticket for specific time. It was unclear if the coach I selected was the correct one. Return trip coach for reserved time was very late. Visit by Biden was handled better by driver than by me.”

“Everything was 10 out of 10 except the Rattling and Banging of the Coach. I thought the Front Axle was Going to Fall off. Everytime we went over a Bump my False Teeth Nearly Fell out”

“The good thing, Aircoach is punctual. However, it’s super inconvenient and unfavourable feeling on our returning trip from Dublin City Centre to Belfast. They forced those travelling to Belfast to transfer to another coach at Dublin airport station WITHOUT earlier communication! This caused all passengers are scrambling into another coach for ‘better’ seat and in a very rude way!”
