“only issue is loading luggage available from one side of bus. If everyone has luggage it might be hard to retrieve.”

“On time, friendly helpful staff both kerb side and on the coach (the driver). Lovely clean coach with charging points and wifi. Arrived exactly on schedule. Great service.”

“Took Aircoach from Dublin Airport to the Gresham stop on O’Connell Street. The coach was easy to find, the trip was short, and left right on time. I also took it back to the airport. Right on time. Would definitely use again.”

“Brilliant, clean and convenient. Only issue is I wish the USB or sockets were maintained as its handy putting a bitof charge in your phone after a long flight. Staff are courteous.”

“Terrible service: Poor website layout Reduced service since taking over Airporter 48 hour customer service response speed with no telephone lines so if you have an issue you have to buy another ticket Drivers quite rude, no help for elderly passengers putting bags into hold No alert when arriving at different spots leading to a customer missing their stop Very poor signage at Belfast airport again, leading to customers standing in the wrong location. Overall it’s terrible, reccomend getting the train from Derry to Antrim then the local bus. Same price much more reliable”

We take all feedback seriously and we apologize for causing frustration with our poor website layout, reduced service since taking over Airporter, 48 hour customer service response speed with no telephone lines, drivers quite rude, no help for elderly passengers putting bags into hold, no alert when arriving at different spots leading to a customer missing their stop, and very poor signage at Belfast airport again, leading to customers standing in the wrong location. It is our utmost priority to provide a pleasant experience for all our customers, and we are working hard to make the necessary improvements. “Very pleasant and comfortable journey from Belfast to Dublin. But a shocking incident on the way: having been requested twice, the driver accepted to stop by the side of the motorway to let two youngsters get off... to pee!! So dangerous! Should have left them on the roadside, for irresponsibility!”
