“On arrival DUBLIN airport and as a visitor for the first time there was no enough information to get the bus to other cities especially to CORK I had to take a taxi”

“While the service is quite efficient , it is very disappointing that the 703 has not resumed the pre COVID hourly schedule. In light of their being few public transport options to Dublin airport I find this unacceptable”

“Used it twice recently. Seats in the 2nd bus were uncomfortable & not suited to a long journey. Maybe I missed something but I found it difficult to add or change an existing booking.”

“I used the Aircoach to travel between Dublin city centre and the airport on a Saturday evening. It was easy to book online as I was worried I wasn't going to get a seat. I'm glad as it was super busy and the people didn't know how to queue at the stop in the city centre. All the plugs on the bus didn't work. I kind of wished I'd just gone on the city bus which is cheaper, takes maybe 15 more minutes and had working USB plugs. Would use again if I was in a big hurry.”

“I've used the Aircoach service many times over the years (but a first-time reviewer). My most recent trip (on a Friday evening, 11.20pm service from Dublin) was the same as all the others - on time, friendly and efficient staff, and the service was very reliable (and comfortable, and I slept quite a bit as well). Super service, will continue to use in the future.”
