“Good service. On time .Well presented bus. Reasonable fare. In bus announcements should be over microphone and clearer. Ridiculous that you cannot book a ticket via the app.”

“My bus was late a bit, I was still on the airport on time but I think it is important to have an opportunity to find out about delays and not just waiting (there was no respond on the phone)”

“I was whistling at the driver to stop for me in Dublin Airport but he just pulled away. I had travelled nine hours from Kusadasi and was extremely tired. It was 3 minutes early leaving, even by the clock outside the airport. I had to wait an hour longer, and was then lucky to be allowed on that one. The service itself is good, and reasonable pricewise, unfortunately the driver may have been having a bad day.”

“4stars : Timing very good Puck-up very good BUT: please advise the right terminal. Was told to stop at terminal 2 as terminal 1 is for « the cheap companies », stopped at terminal 2 and SWISS(not the cheapest) was at 1! Had to walk with 3 pieces of luggage!!”

“Overall both my journeys to and from Dublin were good. Both drivers very accomodating and courtious. The only complaint I have is the bus from Dublin to Cork couldve been in better condition ie cleanliness and some seats in need of repair.”

“Ought to be mandatory face masks. Toilets should lock automatically when in use or light to indicate when occupied! Seats on Dublin-cork route at 6pm extremely uncomfortable compared to the Cork-Dublin run at 9am.”
