“September 4th, bus 704X which departed at 6 pm from Dublin city centre to Cork; 23 degrees in Dublin today, the bus is full and the AC is off. We are roasting in here and people have asked the driver to turn on the AC but he didn't. I am writing my review from the bus because this is awful, can't even breathe here, this is worse than a can full of sardines. Is this what you call "travel in luxury"? We are humans and we do need to breathe, really, can't describe this awful, terrible experience. I will travel with Gobus from now on.”

We take the comfort and satisfaction of our customers extremely seriously and this situation should have never happened. It's clear that the driver failed to meet our expectations and the conditions on the bus were intolerable. Please know that we are taking measures to ensure that such an oversight never happen again. “I can't register in the app, it doesn't allow me to find my passcode, it's hard to choose the bus number I need...it throws me different ones... star 1. *”

“We were very pleased with our dealings with Aircoach We took the Flex plan which served us well because our flight from Canada was delayed 4 hours which meant that we would be missing our booked connections to Aircoach two times .We were able to reschedule online when we finally knew our arrival time . Journey was comfortable and on time .”

“I want to travel directly to and from Dublin Airport from Cork not to Dublin City centre. We were 30 mins late on the journey from Dublin Airport to Cork. The bus was 15 mins late departing Dublin Airport even though it arrived 5 mins before the departure time and was loaded and ready to go on time. It then stopped on the Quay in Dublin and only departed after 10 30pm which meant that the bus was 30 mins late arriving into Cork 4 hours fir this journey is not acceptable. The driver had a very bad attitude and was not helpful to the passengers. Altogether very unsatisfactory.”

“Good service between Belfast and Dublin airports the only thing that was annoying was the lack of any queuing system. We had stood in line for about 40 mins but when the bus arrived it pulled up ahead of us and there was then a free for all for entry. if i had one build that would make the service better that would be to allow people to book their seats on the bus and that would stop the scramble. otherwise good service”

“Aircoach was a cost effective and efficient way to get from Belfast to Dublin, and from Dublin city to Dublin airport. The seating on the buses is very comfortable and there were no luggage limitations”
