“My journey down was great one coming home wasn't to good the bus had a loo on it but not allowed to use bus driver pulled to side off road and expected people to climb over a barrier am disabled when I seen what the driver did to the other customers I had to hold on to we hit Belfast I was always told that you can asked for a comfort break at a safe place this place was for from safe plus customers could see so wasn't to good by time I hit Belfast”

“It was comfortable and got us to Cork at appointed time. One small issue arose when the charging point near my seat was not working. However as there were other empty seats I was able to move to another seat and charge my phone.”

“- We were late leaving - Big queue of people as previous service had not turned up! - just for 2 people who had booked online the bus had to go into the city centre and this added half an hour to the journey! - not a lot of leg space - bus was old”
