The material used is very cheap, the sizes are not correct, I ordered a small and it fit like it was a large. I returned the items and it has been over a month and no refund has been given. Do not waste your time with this company. You will get what you pay for. Cheaply made clothing that does not fit as described

Initially I gave them 1⭐ because the material was not as advertised nor were the sizes accurate. I also had to wait for 6 weeks to get my merchandise all to find out it was being shipped from China directly. I returned all 4 items per their return policy and was told they never received what I sent back. Their company picked it up from the post office and I had proof. Finally after another month of back and forth they finally gave me a full refund, therefore I am giving them 2⭐'s. I will never purchase from them again as this experience was rather frustrating......

my order came yesterday. I got surprised who can wear that very low-quality cloth. made from very cheap fabric. actually, I can tell these are plastic materials. also totally different from the model. never think to buy from these fake things. I throw everything in the garbage. that much I am mad. this is a scam. we trust you, will get what we see on the model. that why we bought. don't try to earn money from cheating people. find some decent way.

sizes are completely wrong. I ordered 3x and it was more like a large on 6 tops and it took about a month to get them. After seeing the reviews about returning, I won't try that. I will not be ordering off this site and will tell all my friends to stay away.

Thankfully I was not as unlucky as all of the reviewers I just read thru..but I’d like to offer a few things.. the items come in individual bags.. the washing instructions are “on” the bags NOT the clothing. Also the bags have the UPC and bar code and item numbers that might help when returning/referencing with customer service. KEEP the individual bags... actually they are really good bags!! Prob should have spent less on the bags to make better quality tops... but I’m happy with what I got for the $$$!

I didn't want to give them any stars! The quality of there customer service is as diabolical as there clothes..cant seem to return items .. tried phoning birmingham which is there return centre no number .. tried getting the director W E Kang also no luck .. stuck with 3 rags

DO NOT ORDER From this website. It's a FRAUDULANT website. It advertises Free Return but the status stuck at "processing" after I submitted return request. It's impossible to print the ‘'return label" if the return request doesn't get approve

Biggest scam ever they charged my card even before they were UNABLE to fill my order out of the 7 items i had ordered i got 3 of the shirts took 3 months told them after the 2nd month to cancel my order i was told i was unable to cancel it they never returned my money to my card items i did get were NOT what i was expecting very cheap and poorly made DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!

So....why is no one doing anything about this company that CLEARLY is RIPPING people off left and right!!! I ordered twice from them. The first order came no problems. The second order came and they had shipped the wrong items to me. I talked with the virtual customer service agent, Joann which was useless. At this time their website stated the package I was actually waiting on was still in shipping process. Joann told me to just put the label back on the incorrect package (which I never removed to begin with) and give it back to the USPS driver (which do NOT take returns!) Joann gave me the wrong tracking number. The following day went back on their website and under my orders where it once stated still in process was now delivered!!! They delivered the wrong package! I have emailed them several times with no luck! I will call their 800 number tomorrow and if I cannot get my money back I will contact my attorney! Who knows there could be a serious CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT here with all the complaints I have read that were just posted in the last 24 hours!

The reason they are so cheap is that the quality of the material is so poor and the design of the clothes are simplistic. Order from them and you will be disappointed. They make it virtually impossible to return. Expect to pay for clothes you will never wear!!

The website states delivery in 15-20 business days but when order was received they said 66 days. My Worry Free Return has me worried - 50 hours and no way to contact them about my "processing return". Fabric was cheap. Several advertised as "cotton" were cheap polyester. Most required dry cleaning or gently handwashing. Wish I had checked for reviews first. Never again. I will say that when they cancelled 2 items before shipping I did get a refund.

If I could give it less I would. 290 worth of extremely cheap made clothes. They advertise the real deal, you get EXTREMELY cheap polyester and plastic with sewing lines that looks like it was made in an 80's home ec class no lining either. Closest 3 was one sweater jacket with sherpea lining all inside...the lining was missing except in the hood...ordered jeans got polyester spandex pulling with plastic flowers. Every outfit was a bad bad bad attempt at clothing fashion. I'm SUPER disappointed. DONT GET TALEN IN BY THE PICTURES. Glad purchase was secure. I hope my full refund is as promised...full refund

I wanted to rate ZERO STARS but don't have that option. This is what i put on the Airydress Message Portal. Let's see what they come back with.... I am absolutely appalled by this company. You charge £15 for postage and packing yet my return cost just £3.50. Then you have the audacity to take the VAT element away from my refund of returned items. - Nobody does this. What a load of rubbish. We all know that the government receives the VAT amount but it is the total amount of my order that you have to charge vat on - NOT the returned items. This is a con and i will be reporting you for fraud.

Ordered 5 dresses according to their sizing, not one of them fit, all to small. Shipping was horrible, took 8 weeks to receive my order. Extremely disappointed and I certainly won't order anything more from this site.

I was surprisingly impressed at the quality for the price. It was much better than expected and true to size! Shipping took 2 mths to Bermuda but I will still order from them again!
