“The clothes are made of the worst possible nylon. They cling to you and are hot to wear. Basically they are not useable. It is a shame because the designs are good but the material is like a plastic garbage bag! Don't order - you won't like it.”

“I read complaints about this company AFTER I made my purchase. I was frustrated with myself for not being a more conscious consumer. And I thought I had just kissed my money goodbye and would never receive my stuff. Imagine my surprise when I got my stuff 2 wks after I ordered. My shirts looked exactly and I mean exactly like the pictures! They fit like a glove and they are some of the best items I've received from online shopping. I'm so happy I'm going back to their site to purchase more!”

“Not a US company and clothing is boxy fitting. Necklines do not lay flat. Trying to return is impossible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!”

“I ordered solid casual V-neck blouse number 164-559-5738 The blouse in the picture in the blouse I received are two different blouses doesn’t look anything like the one I ordered I’m very disappointed. Can I send my shirt back and get a refund or do I just suffer with it and give you bad reviews”

“I placed an order received order # and they deducted the cost of what I ordered from my account. And now when I go back to find out where my merchandise is shipping information etc it tells me there was never an order placed.”

“I gave this company one star only and that was because they actually delivered the products I ordered. However, the material is very very cheap and the designs on the clothing did not match the images on the website. Needless to say the material is garbage. Unable to wear. Do NOT waste your time and money. You will NOT get the item you see on the screen. It is very deceiving. 2 Red Flags for me with this company. All prices are reduced to an unbelievable price. No phone number or company address listed on website. I have also come to realize returns are next near to impossible. Very BAD customer service. They seem to be a very greedy company who will take your money and send you unwearable clothing. The above has been my experience. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. I have also learned what to look for now with other companies that are online and shop much more wisely. Save your money and time and choose not to purchase from Airydress.”

“Ordered a coat from Airydress It finally arrived about 7 weeks from ordering date Quality was fine and was as represented in the photos which is all good I had to track it with Company emails and I was not satisfied with their shipping system Understand Covid added delays but it appears their average delivery time is like 6-7 weeks They should post this or tell the consumer as I live in Florida and we only have a short window on cold weather I could have gone to a US competitor and not waited as long Product was fine , communication with Company was fine Order to final delivery took too long I will never order from them and their ad never tells you it was made in China Had I known I would of bought American!”

“Don’t order from this company they are a complete scam! I placed an order in January and her it is March 19 th I send messages and it’s always some excuses I sent a message yesterday to demand a refund and cancel my order and now radio silence. I should have checked the reviews first . Please BEWARE don’t get scammed by this company.”

“First of all never received confirmation for my order. When I went on chat in the website I threatened to dispute my cc charge said I thought they were a scam. The next day I received a text that my package from Jack Li in China would arrive today which it did. I also paid additional monies for expedited shipping The clothes run small and the fit is awkward. The material is not the greatest but considering the price it is what it is. The clothes do not look like what is on the website. I will not bother to return but I will not order from here again. I did not read the reviews before I ordered or I never would have ordered.”

“I ordered 2 dresses and 3 blouses in sizes large and xl. Nothing fit correctly. Arms widths and bust were all very, very small, and not sized correctly to fit an xl. I'm so disappointed.”
