“I bought a number of items before reading the reviews!! One product was out of stock, and refund was credited to my account the next day. Product sizing is actually pretty good, packaging is excellent. Items displayed on the website look extremely attractive. Strong colors, interesting fabrics and great design but what I received is vastly different. Colors are wishy washy, fabrics not as stated, design similar to web photos. Stitching is basic and no indication of how to care for the item. I think the website is deceptive as to what they actually deliver. Mind you the old saying if it looks too good to be true it usually is. Well in this case it was. If website and delivery of product matched, company would be hugely successful. Someone has a creative talent here in marketing.”

“I've made several purchases through Airydress & am mainly satisfied with my items. Last time I had a large order & some of the products didn't fit me properly, including a pair of shoes. I organised to return them & requested a refund. I did have to pay the return postage - $17.50 but that's expected. Within 2 weeks the money was repaid into my account without out a problem. I have since placed more orders with Airydress as I'm happy with their service & most of the products I've received.”

“I finally got my blouse I ordered but it was NOT what I ordered, it was cheap so I won't send it back because from the reviews, it takes forever and you usually don't get a refund, I would not wear this as a pajama top, that's how ugly it is. I wished I had read the reviews first, call me stupid!”

“THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY, THEY TOO MY MONEY AND NEVER REFUNDED ME. THEY SAID REFUND IS COMPLETED WHICH IS A LIE I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK. HORRIBLE "GENERATED" CUSTOMER SERVICE”

“Took 3 weeks to receive order. We’re beautiful dresses as shown. Good quality and easily exchanged for different sizes. Took about 4 weeks to get exchanges and I love them. Just be patient on shipping time.”

“Both blouses were way too small. They were mailed back, in their original packaging, three days after I received them. I have tried unsuccessfully for a month to get a refund. I do not recommend ordering from this company.”

“It took two months to receive my order. The cardigan looked nothing like the picture. It was horrible. The top they sent was a different one to the one I ordered. The picture was a long top with holes for the thumbs in the sleeves. The top was short. No holes although it was a similar design and the dress I ordered was a similar design. Really disappointed.”

“After seven days items have still not shipped. Funds already posted to account. Took extra funds from my account, and when I emailed they replied back they didn't ! I can see it on my account. At this point have canceled order and am having to file a fraud claim thru my bank never ever shop this site again !”

“The items are extremely cheaply made. I wanted to return some of them but it is impossible. The website will not download the required return label and the email site will not send. Good luck making that return within 2 weeks!”

“Order came quickly but fabric was cheap and style was not the one ordered. Item received didn’t have pockets or waistline as shown in photo and was much shorter. Be wary!”

“They took my money and have NOT shipped the clothing. They are NOT responding to emails either. If I don’t hear from them by tomorrow, I am going to file fraud charges with my credit card company and contact the attorney general’s office”

“Poor quality material, followed return instructions but website never downloaded the return label. This company obviously has lots of returns and makes it impossible to get your money back. Don't ever use them.”

“I ordered some new pants on 8 March, I have not received them, went in and give my number for my items and now they told me that I have no orders, shady place don’t use I’m just out my money.”

“My order arrived after 3 weeks, ordered XL on all 3 items one blouse fits perfect although the material is a cheap nylon full of static and not like the picture shows, the other 2 blouses wouldn't fit Barbie. Thought about trying to slim into them, no chance I like cake too much. Have tried several times to return the 2 items, cannot get the returns form to work. Never mind, lesson learned. Will not be ordering anything else.”
