“8523396235 First return “free” promised meaning paid postage . The product was not what it looked like in the picture and badly stitched. $25.00 spent got $8 back Could have donated it to a Goodwill or shelter . Never doing business .”

“Absolute rubbish. Supposed to be a dress, could have screwed it up in one hand. Tried to return it, label wouldn't print. Ended up in the rubbish bin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”

“I have placed and paid for my order since February 2nd. It took 6 weeks before I can received my order and then there was an item missing. There is no phone to contact them. I have been contacting them over a month now thru email. All I kept getting is a form to fill out for my missing item. I am not receiving any response form them, they are ignoring me, ignoring my order and ignoring the fact that I have already paid for my order. I am extremely upset and disappointed. This company have no respect for their customer. They are a rip off and a scam. I will take further action so that this does not happen to anyone else. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!”

“Due to the fact that the 5 items I ordered were not returnables, I decided to go a size up, only one was too small. I'm satisfied!”

“The dress I ordered was beautiful! However the sleeves are too tight. Might be able to fix them . Otherwise it is prettier than the picture and I do love it.”

“This mess deserves negative 5 stars! I just received my order for three tops and they are pure junk. Cheap material, don't look like the pictures at all. Never, NEVER order from this RIP off company!”

“My response to a return issue. It stated that the first item had a free return but then when I added the second item it charged me for both wow so I spent 23 I am expected to recieve a 7 dollar refund and your willing to give me a coupon for the next order, because you think I am going to order again after that generous refund, that's okay keep your generous offer I have lost more in life than 23 dollars. To bad there is no such thing as a no star review. Have a great day.”

“I should have known better. It happened to me years ago with a different company. Basically what you on the models is not what you get. Instead you get a really cheap knockoff. No labels should tell you something. Don't buy!”

“I'm pretty sure they scammed me. I didn't purchase anything from in between cancelling a 15$ order from them and now and they hadn't even charged my account yet I got an email saying I got refunded. Just checked my account and suddenly I'm missing 30$.”

“A month after I ordered it was "still processing". I've canceled my order and am waiting on a refund. They have no contact information. I attempted to call, said the number doesn't work... I tried to fill out a contact form for email and it doesn't let you submit. I was sad until I read the reviews, now I'm glad I canceled.”

“Never order from this site. I ordered items in March to have for a trip in April and am told I will not get them until May. Everything I ordered is of no good to me now. I have to go out and rebuild all new clothes from or my trip. The savings that you get are not worth the hassle and untimely delivery. If you want something for a special event plan on ordering it 6 months in advance and maybe you will get it before your event.”

“The boots I ordered are too big by 1/2 size, I emailed them for my request for RMA for return. They apologized, gave me my refund automatically, before they even recv'd my boots. They told me to keep the boots also , for my inconvenience. I kept the email for proof. And the top I ordered, an email recv'd said "out of stock". And that a refund will be issued. A wk later I also recv'd the top. I am very satisfied. Thank you.”

“Order went in on the 3rd March 1 month later my order is still being processed. At the moment it's impossible to say what the clothes are like as once my order is processed I have still got to wait for delivery the company are very quick to take your payment. I very much doubt I will ever order again off airy dress.”

“After I place my 1st order on 23th Mar, I read the reviews and was worried that I might not get what I ordered. The 4 dresses arrived today 3rd Apr . One dress was supposed to be a maxi dress but it came as a short dress. However, since it still looked good, I can't complain. Another dress was more of a slim cut instead of an A-cut as advertised. But again, because it could fit me, I also have no complains. The remaining 2 was as advertised, thus I'm very glad.”

“I bought 10 shirts and 1 dress . They are nothing like what is pictured. The dress is thin boxy and straight weird cut. The shirts are all a flipping joke.All except one. It’s a pain in the butt to return so all are going to goodwill and will never ever purchase another thing from this company.A big waste of money !! Buyer beware !!!!”

“The absolute biggest ripoff I’ve ever encountered. I just literally threw away over 200.00 in garbage they sent me. ABSOLUTELY NONE of the items were what they were shown on the site. NOTHING..... Everything, and I mean everything was made out of a gross rayon material, totally deformed in shape. I’m soooooo mad right now, mostly at myself for being ripped off. Had absolutely no idea it came from stinking China either. WARNING DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.”

“The delivery was slow but most of all the description of clothes are bad. Leggings are something I ordered. They were not leggings, they were old lady pants that I will have to give my mom. The sizes are not true, they are much bigger. I will never order again.”
