“Size all wrong. Material is nasty. Charged over £3 for delivery then want another £3 to return. Paid over £14 but only £7 refund offered. Never, ever will I use them again or recommend.”

“This site is a scam. Do not order from them. The merchandise is rubbish and unwareable. There is no way you can return it. Will be posting on social media to warn people, but they will be taken a lot of people's money before this scam gets removed”

“The dress I ordered took weeks to arrive and when it did it wasn’t the length it’s supposed to be, I’m going to throw it in the bin, not worth spending the postage back. Really disappointed with the material more like a cheap petticoat, you live and learn not to buy on cheap sites”

“Poor quality product, leather is vinyl, vinyl is made of a paper-like material, the soles of the shoes are made of hard plastic or a styrofoam material, not to mention delivery, instead of directly mailing the package to you, it will travel to several manufacturers. These are not American item, they do NOT refund full amount. Your receipt States you get a hundred percent cashback they keep your taxes and delivery costs, you will have to pay out-of-pocket to return”

“I have just received my order for two items from Airydress. The dress is see through and the bikini is so skimpy that it’s unwearable. I have tried to get in touch with them to return them but when I sign in they say I haven’t placed any orders with them. I will never order from this company again.”

“First of all, I never recieved my order. Then they decided to give me a credit, which I used to purchase a red sleeveless dress and a blue shirt. Today a long sleeved, pink, cotton dress arrived. Not even remotely close to what I ordered. They say I can return. Ah yeah, no thanks. Im done f***ing with this company. This is complete BS. Take warning, do not order anything from Airydress. I would love to add the pics of what I ordered versus what they sent but of course I can't.”

“I will change my rating if my order shows up. Site says 3-6 days and it has been 2 wks and order is still processing. I am quite nervous now after reading other reviews, I was hoping this site was as advertised. I am waiting to see.”

“unable to contact them. my account says that the password and e-mail do not match but when trying to open another it says the password is already taken. The phone number is not in service. customer service is for pre-sales only. I wear a 1x but ordered 3x and all are too small. cannot get my money back. I do not recommend this site.”

“Clothing is coming from China and made with cheap labor and even cheaper materials. The reason it takes so long to arrive is because you have to wait on the containers to go through customs inspection dept. $Cheap = poor quality, poor customer service, poor shipping time, poor workmanship, low quality merchandise.”
