“I ordered a blouse on April 1. My credit card was charged immediately. However, 3 weeks later the item has not shipped. I am cancelling my order and will have to dispute the credit card charge. Scam company!”

“Delivery took 6 weeks, fabric was very poor quality, not well made, sized too small, and had to pay shipping on return. Have returned all items but no refund yet. Not surprised. I will not order again for Airy cloth.”

“When something seems like it's a really really good deal you should take warning it's probably not. The pictures that you are seeing are photos of the real deal but what is shipped is a very cheap copy. And a poor attempt at that. Not only were the cuts completely shapeless and void of actual style the material in almost every dress is what you would think a cheap banner or flag would be made from. The one nice piece was cut extremely narrow in the shoulders while some pieces were ridiculously huge. Yes, I used the size charts. So while the garments are probably worth the super cheap prices , You truly do get what you pay for. My advice would be to save your money get your butt to ATJ Maxx or Ross Where you have a decent chance of finding something nice at a good price.”

“White shirt 2 sizes too small from correct size bikini top far too big according to your sizing . Ask for a trouble free worry free refund but they charge you £3 per itm to send back .. we have already paid to deliver .. you only send me half of my refund disgusting .. i purchase these itms in good faith and you have ripped me off this is a true review”

“Avoid Airydress!, misleading, products not as described & you only get a minimal refund for returns or exchanges! They charge you taxes and refund, so buyer pays all!. Poor service! Avoid!”

“I ordered 2 dresses on the 15th of April, the site shows that they received payment and order confirmed both on the 16th and nothing else since. Wow! By the sounds of the reviews I should cancel my order. Shame on this site for being the biggest dirtbags in clothing sales!!!”

“I ordered several shirts and the quality is poor! Very thin fabric and does not look like the picture on the website. I contacted the company many times to return using their "worry-free return". I completed the form and a return label did NOT populate. I am worried!”

“This is an awful company. I ordered two tops. The material is so thin you can see through it the other top is so small although it says true to size I couldn’t even get it over my head. Save your money and don’t deal with this company. When I sent them a review they got back to me saying to contact them for a partial refund however phone number email and link don’t work. I wish I could give 0 stars! Scam!!!”

“I ordered and PAYED FOR a dress in early April, and the tracking information says that it was delivered to my home address. I DID NOT receive this,and the link that was given on my shipment confirmation E mail did not work, so I cannot contact any one to find out if it has been returned to the depot (I may have been out when they tried to deliver it?). As there is no phone number to speak to anyone, and it seems difficult to live chat, I realise that it would be more sensible to deal with a better established company in the future.”

“Received two dresses. Pathetic. One had the wrong sides sewn together (inside out) The other wrong fabric. Nothing like the picture. It looks like a nurses aide smock. Don't waste your money. Can't return.”

“Please do not order from airydress, you will be wasting your money! I got some boots for my granddaughter and within days they started falling apart. Tried to return them but it was impossible. Absolutely disgraceful, so called business!”
