“First of ,I dididn't finalize the order,received 3 blouses I was looking at,wanted to return all of them.Im told I have to printa shipping label which I can't do,no computer or internet then I'm told I'll have to pay for return shipping,it plainly states free returns The product is shabby an thin .From the reviews I'm not the only one that has got took.”

“I was shocked that they advertise such cute clothes and then you get them and the fabric is cheap, the sewing is unprofessional, and one of the items I purchased didn't fit. I would have returned all 3 of them, but they don't give you a return address or telephone number. I will never order anything again.”

“I just received my order today and it is not the same dress shown on line!! I cannot believe that I waited for this dress I was going to wear to a wedding and now I have to start all over again!!! I would never buy from them again. I would never recommend anyone to buy from them either!! Extremely disappointed 😢”

“This company deserves zero stars!!! They make it extremely hard to return anything. I'm going on 3 weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. I'm so disgusted with this company I will never order one single thing again. Don't waste your time ordering from them because the material is cheap and not wearable. You're better off going to a fabric store and making your own clothes than to buy from this disgusting company. They don't care about customer. It's just that they care about not returning their products. I have five pieces of clothing I'm trying to return and I've been nothing but getting the runaround like I said earlier. Do not buy from this company unless you want to get frustrated for weeks. Things look good on the site but when you receive them it's horrible material.”

“I'm returning the two dresses that I bought. They are of poor quality and don't look like what I thought I was ordering. Hope I get the refund as advertised. I'll post another review on that.”

“Disgusting items very poor quality, not as photos depict. Have returned 4 items at my own cost of £8.95, and they are deducting a further £3 pet item shipping cost. They don't need to actually sell anything, they make their money on returns. I don't really think I'll get any refund at all. Their customer service. Don't buy unless you want to be ripped off”

“I have placed an order on 03/11/2021 Still haven’t received my package, while the trucking shows a status- Received. Received by whom? Where it was delivered? I have contacted a customer service and haven’t received a valid response on my inquiry. I want my money back!!!”

“website shows beautiful summer dresses so i bought 3. The prints and colors did not match, not pictures of the same cloth, Blurry prints and look bad. The cloth is horrible like cheap cloth shower curtain, swaety and stiff, they look horrible on and dint hang well, so light they stick to your body. Never buy from this company, save your money, not even worth trying to get a refund as they never respond!”

“I placed my order on March 19. When I inquired about the week in April I received a response apologized for the delay. The next day I check and The company have been stated that my order in the way for more than 10days. We I check the shipping information that is no updates to indicate where the delivery process my is.”

“Ordered 3-26-21 never received the merchandise. They said it was shipped. Big scam. You will lose your money. Shame on Facebook for advertising with them and shame on Airy for ripping people off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!”

“I ordered in March and was told it was on it's way. It has been a month now and not received. I am very disappointed. I will never order from them again. Should have checked reviews first. Did not say it was shipped on a slow boat from China!”

“Think twice before you order from AIrydress- they are terrible about shipping the order according to what they promise on the website. Items that state a 48 hours ship time are still processing and it's been 2 weeks' since I placed the order. I'm going to cancel my order and I will not buy from this company again. They need to get their act together- consumers aren't going to tolerate the poor delivery- my advice, go elsewhere. Don't get sucked into the prices - the service is horrible.”
