Hey, I m not able to place return request for my last 2 orders. The app is not allowing to create return request, customer care number is not working n noone is responding to the email. I have never experienced such bad service

Disappointed I ordered a dress and received a terrible looking kurta instead..when i tried to return the product, it took ages to get refunded..i thought of buying 5 cushion covers out of that refunded money in my ajio wallet and i got conned..they sent me only 2 cushion covers and that also not so similar to those shown in pictures..finally i am quitting ajio and will never buy from this app in future.

We ordered 6 items in AJIO online and started receiving one by one. On 7th Sep the courier delivered a packet to the security staff without informing us. On checking it was found that instead of 2 pieces only 1 was there. We complained on 14th sep no resolution but a message came stating issue resolved. Again complained on 24th sep same response. Customer care doesn’t pick up and were holding the call twice for half hour each. Sent an email no response. Very bad service and are gobbling up customer’s money. Was a regular customer at Trends but will avoid them and recommend that they are avoided.

Worst experience My ajio account is blocked .. or mere ajio wallet me 2899/- amount h.. bhut mail kiye but koi responce n h .. 4 product return bhi kiye uska bhi refund abhi tak nahi aaya ...plz don't use this app I am very very disppoined .. 2 month ho gaye customer care ko call karte karte but koi solution nahi h 10k wort

Tried calling customer care ,waited for 20 minutes no one picked up the call orders for the first time from ajio, and this is the last time I will never order from this site

Though backed by Reliance Group, the company seems to be least interested in resolving Customer's complaints. The excuse is COVID 19. Order no. ID: FL0161228108 was cancelled by me on the 4th of August 2020. However, despite my repeated requests and e-mails to the company, CEO of the Company and even to email id of RIL, I am yet to receive any response or the refund amount of Rs.638/-. My various emails to the Company is replied through automated reply giving the COVID 19 as an excuse. I also tried to resolve the issue by contacting their customer care no. 1800 889 9991 but the issue could not be resolved. I also tried to take up the issue though selfcare section in the App. However, customer care section of the APP itself is not working and shows the message “Oops, something went wrong. Try again.” It seems the company is very much interested in your business(taking your money) but have various excuses for refunding your money for cancelled orders. Rajesh Chander Gupta

I don't know how this website has more than 3 stars.i have had really the worst experience of my life from an Online Purchase.Ajio can make you cry but still they won't talk.i meant every word.I lost 5800/- just because no one in the company is ready to talk.I really will be glad to share my experience.7500790010

It’s the second consecutive order which hasn’t been delivered to me while making false claims that attempt to delivery was made. There was no attempt made, no calls received. This is extremely disappointing and I’m never using Ajio again. Never had such a horrible experience with even non reputed websites. I have outstandig balance with ajio which is the only reason why i’m bothering.

I am giving this 1 star rating because of the poorest customer service which they provide. I have ordered some items in june in which 2 items were not delivered and since then I am fighting for my refund and still didn't get it. Quality and price are good but customer support is hell.

This was my first and last experience with AJIO, I ordered 4 products: 1st one was not the one I ordered, they delivered a very cheap quality and a completely different product . 2nd one got cancelled by their end without any reason and notification 3rd ones haven't got delivered yet 4th one also not delivered. Also I am not sure when they will return my money. Trying to call on customer care, I hold for about 15 mins on first call and 11 minutes on the second try, no one answered. stop fooling people. incase you want to give clarification call me on 8269670045

Mene shoes oder kiya tha but shoes nahi aaya par sandal aa gaya tha or return kiya 25ya 30 day ho gaya he koi pickup kar nahi raha kuch solutions nahi aa raha he customer care par 10 minutes call chalu rakh par koi call pickup nahi kiya or jio ki app all time retry aata he very bad service

Highly poor customer service...complaints are never solved by their exiqutive..and their supervisor is always busy and ready to hear the problems and criticism..worst site to order the products from.. unpromising company..think before u buy...

They provide Very poor services. when i called wait so long but they did not picked my call, when i mail they are not replying, no one is responding here and also they provided coupon which is not valid. they gave me 14th sept for my product delivery but now product delivery is too late, now it shows 21st. When last time I ordered they did not delivered my product and after that they cancelled my order which is not good. Very pathetic services AJIO is providing

This is my 3rd bad experience with Ajio and Jio mart. They just rip off people and customer service is pathetic.. they deliver wrong less value product and never come back to pick up and don’t refund money at all.. suggest everyone never to buy anything from them

I received wrong product. Kept complaining for the same. Its been 4 months. Their pickup guy visit and never pic up because of wrong product. Happened 4-5 times. They keep asking for photos, details of product. I sent them pictures 4-5 times. Only received response that issue will resolved soon. They do nothing. Their customer care is sleeping. Such a waste of time.
