“I’m a regular user of ajio since 2022. But as year passed their costumer service has declined so drastically can’t express in words. They have a really pathetic costumer service by now. They Never shipped the ordered product on time and also they send wrong or damaged (torn) items sometimes. And also take longer time to pack and ship the items almost more than a week nowadays. And now they are looting costumers by adding convenience fee and also charge extra fee on COD. Beware customers they have become a fraudster company by now. Really pathetic work by AJIO, will stop using it now.”

“Tried to exchange a item that i purchased, delivery person tried to cheat me by charging me again saying it has to be paid for as we have not received the cash, then I asked for a replacement, and now they have taken the item and claim that it's not picked up so no refund. Big scam by Ajio”

“This is the worst app. We need to order in bulk to get coupons. Once we do that, partial products are delivered. They won't take partial products in return. Inspite of coming across same situation, multiple times, I keep ordering from here. I AM GOING TO DELETE THE APP NOW.. that's my new year resolution”

“It is worst kind of online brand....problem when u order,no size,maximum delivery charges,problem in exchange n return, not deliverable at this address...(never sèn such option on other apps)never answers call,no option for chatting...totally worst...should remove this kind of app...”

“The worst shopping platform. Do not purchase anything from Ajio. They are provide worst service. Ajio will deliver wrong product and will not give you service of return and refund. They are fruad. The worst service they are providing. Plaese do not use Ajio. They are more than worst.”

“I ordered 6 items on 14th December 2024, with delivery expected in 5-6 days max. First, they delayed the delivery and i waited patiently. Then on 25th December they themselves cancelled the order. On checking, they said the product had defect on quality check and so they cancelled. The refund did not come and they raised a complaint on 27th December for the same. Today 31st December and still refund not processed. By keeping the money of customers and torturing them, they are working like one of the fraud companies. Cannot believe this is a Reliance company!”

“If anything goes wrong, there is absolutely nothing you can do. The customer care is completely useless. I haven't been able to download the invoice for an order that has been delivered. The "Download Invoice" button is not working on the website/app. The customer care is not able/willing to help.”

“Ajio ensures products are not returnable nor exchangeable especially when your product price is high. I have had bad experiences with 3 products and finally i am stopping using it. The customer care folks don’t even know what they are talking and just act like a chatbot. They don’t even have a valid reason why the product can’t be returned or exchanged. Looks like this is a strategy used by ajio and their partners to cheat customers.”

“Very worst app ....it shows return and exchange at first but when I have to return the product it shows exchange only .... I received product with out tag ...and customer care not responded...customer chat box gives options by default there is no scope to ask specific questions...worst experience need help? User experience very bad ....I never purchase in this app...after my exchange I will definitely uninstall this app.. Thanks you ....”

“Hello Ajio, please change the delivery partner in Allahabad. Shadowfax delivery persons do not answer calls, and if they do, they speak rudely. Sometimes, they ask for the location and then claim they are on leave. My parcel was supposed to be delivered 7-8 days ago, but it hasn’t been delivered yet. They also submit false reports stating that the customer didn’t answer the call.”
