“The Ajio Company is using the customers refund money or earning interest in lakhs because they are not refunding the money even after 11 days Where as Company like Myntra or Flipkart refund the money same day after the product is picked up for return.”

“I ordered 10 items out of which 2 delivered correctly, 1 they cancelled and 1 delivered ladies pant instead of a men's t-shirt. 6 items are yet to be received no hopes left whether it would be correctly sent or get cancelled further. Disgusting and disappointed twice in a day.”

“ajio charges heavily for kids size clothes, they dont know various sizes and shapes worst quality, worst designs , very expensive waste of time, extensive sleevless why they so sting to provide full sleeves, charges heavily, worst, no medium size and plus size clothes are not not available, worst experience street size clothes collections kept online”

“I purchased a product from Ajio specially choosing size L however, they sent my size XL. I've been trying to reach them on daily basis and no one is resolving my query. I wanted to return the product since it's of no use to me but it's really disappointing that their customer service representatives answer the calls and automatically transfer the call to IVR for feedback without even talking to us.”

“Ajio🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️!!! The service is disgusting . I will never recommend Ajio to anyone . On December 17th ; I ordered some clothes(3) cost 1000 from Ajio & for that I got - one empty packet & other items were such dirty & untidy even I was hesitant to open it. One cloth was containing some vomitus like particles & I emphasis this , as it’s in this present scenario as everyone is equally fighting for the pandemic & ofcourse the tidiness matters & am a health professional too. And about the other item it was torn & with full of dust & all & was bought for my child even she was weird looking into it . And further more I have called the customer service (ofcourse after many hours of call waiting ) atleast for 3 times - eventhough they haven’t refunded the amount yet or didn’t showed courtesy to pick back the product. My question being aint our hard earned money matters & ain’t our time valuable. I haven’t seen such an irresponsible online shoppee in my lifetime . I shared this review so that no one should fell in their gimmicks eventhough they show some discounts! We used to deal with many more apps but didn’t saw this much irresponsible customer service anywhere- at least they have to get the refund done. My next step being consumer court . I am cursing the moment when I ordered these items. Thanksalot team Ajio- so much of gratitude 🤬🤬🤬”

“Ajio is fraudulent. First they send incomplete product with out tags. Now they are not picking up the product after raising so many complaints . I am definitely not going to use Ajio ever again”

“Very bad experience... the worst service even seen... they will say that the order will be delivered by today.. but even after 2 days it won't be delivered... we have family function next day... as the message came we taught we will get the delivery..... but they said that they have attempted 3 times, and the order will be delivered after 48 hours.... But we did not receive any call from them... If they send the item after 48 hours, it of noo use for us as we have function tomorrow and we need the dress by today that is 8th February..... Very Very bad service... even coustomer care number of Delivery is not provided.... All are fake promises... fake commitments.... Very bad service... no good response at all Not even like to give 1 star .. we will give -ve points....”

“#shameajio The brand is running a fraud business, risking your personal information. Firstly, they send wrong product, make a return pick up without prior notice, then re arrange the pick up... Their pick up team doesn't even care to update the status on app...and refund is never generated.. the all risks your house address, phone number and other personal details. “I have ordered product and total money have been looted from me and they delivered only half of my whole order. I have tried contacting them multiple times and no proper response from them. I am extremely disappointed and irritated with this ajio. Worst app ever. Never order products from this app. They are.meant for looting money and responding back with false promises which they don't fulfill. They are well known for cheating customer.”

“Ajio is a renowned brand but somehow lacking its customers trust . I returned one tshirt 2 years back it was only 180 rupees they didn't got refund and now in December 10 2020 I ordered one anarkali from them bcoz of small size I returned back but till date I never got my refund . Actually they don't have refund policy. It's written on site but it's just eyewash. They don't give refund or replacement .. now I'm going to file complaint in consumer court against them. They cheat customers”

“Pathetic app in modern times.. Pls keep up with other online shopping apps like myntra. It's been more than 15 days since I ordered something, prepaid it (my mistake) and I haven't just received the parcel, I m getting automated replies to my complaints. They have no customer care representatives due to covid, they say. So we only have the option of mailing or using their incompetent app to raise a query, to which u ll get a quick response, an automated email or reply. Its a shame. I understand there are glitches, but the incompetence to resolve the problem is just way too shameful.”
