“I wanted to give them 0 points as review. I have received items without price tag. Now they are saying they won't accept the return as there is no price tag. I received the items just with the brand tag. I had a worst experience with the customer care person too. I emailed them so many times. I can't return the products they say. And i lost my money. Such a worst purchase.”

“This is all fraud . I haven’t received the product but they are saying the product is delivered to you. About 2 months has gone but still no proper resolution they are providing and also th proof of delivery not the refund or replacement they are showing. So kindly dont but from them”

“Ajio app will offer you so many products. You spend your valuable time to select of your choice and size. Once ordered and pre paid online , though availability of product they wll cancell on their side and later on no refund of paid amount also from them .. inspite of doing lots Many complaints no result at all.”

“Ajio is a fraud company please don't buy they credit my amount which is 1651 in my ajio wallet when I was trying to transfer in my bank account it deducted from from ajio wallet but till now I didn't receive in my bank account also I exchange so many mails and follow up with the customer care they don't understand what is my concern always same reply that we transfer amount in ajio wallet I am very helpless they are fooling to innocent people pls save your hard money.”

“I bought a Tommy hilfiger slippers from Ajio on 12th January and sharing the picture of slippers on 14th January. Colour came off in just one day. They sell FAKE PRODUCTS and take no responsibility”

“Ajio has invented a new way to fraud the customers. It goes like this, when you have to return the items for valid reasons, return request placed on APP is accepted, but after few days, you would receive a message that customer himself had canceled the return request. After this, you won't be able to generate any return requests through their APP. They completely disable return menu. Then, only way to place request is via call centre or email. Even if you do that, same story would repeat i. e Auto cancellation by AJIO, saying, customer had canceled return request. This would go on till 30 days period of the purchase date of item. Once 30 days are crossed, they would inform you that time is over as per policy, NO refund or return”
