“Totally 3rd class service. Everytime purchased, all the product quality is too bad. When I am trying to return the product, the person has come, but didn't take back the product. And about refund, just forget that. They will not return ur money. The customer care service is too worse. Pls don't purchase from this site.”

“Fake fake fake fake....ek ka samj aata hai 2 logo ka samjat atta hai.... But here is back back ,same concern . this company is fraud fraud fraud ...!!! I suggest indian people , Guys do shopping in desi style , apna khud market se face to face products buy karo.. Yee ajio , jio , sab chor hai chorrrrrr. Muje used kiya hua shoes pack kar ke de diya.... They are Advanced level pickpocketor , digital scam.”

“AJIO.... The fraud company you'll ever come across. Instead of 3 there were 2 orders delivered I paid for all 3 and after 10days they are saying all were delivered. Are you guys crazy??? Immediately I called up the support team. Then I return one product it's been 1 week there's no update regarding refund or return. COMPLAIN ID- COM00025715095 PLEASE BE AWARE WITH SUCH FRAUD TACTICS.”

“Worest app . Please dont order tops anything in this flatform. Once u return the top or cancelled the top for some issue money refunding is difficult fake delivery . I experienced worest”

“Pathetic customer support and zero customer friendly shopping website.They sell all faulty products under zero cancellation and return policy and we customers are trapped.Customer support number doesnt get connected even after waiting for half an hour. Customer support email even after sending multiple emails,no response. Given a choice do not shop form AJIO.”

“I have purchased few materials from AJIO on 6th October. Order ID: FL0315601693. Courier partner is Ecom Express at Manipal, Udupi. Materials was out for delivery since 10th October and till date it is not delivered. Daily I get SMS that delivery attempted but failed. So I have raised complaint, complaint ID COM00025935261. Almost 4.7K amount is blocked. Pathetic service by both AJIO and Ecom Express.”

“They are dupers. I got puma shoes from them and they were defective their mesh wash torn. So i returned them thinking i will order again but instead of getting refund they told me that i sent them a fake product and that i wont be getting my refund. And they duped me of my 2400 rs and i am a student so that money hurt me bad. Summary- dont buy anything from them if you value youe money.”

“I have ordered t-shirt order id EX0009217692. Since March am following up on the same but no one calls back, no refund the amount, no resolve the issue. How cheap is this?? That company is not able to give refund. The best service by Amazon and other app that they are ready to refund on call. Iam not concerned about money, but i want to see how many this company will delay is resolving the problem. #fake #cheap From 8months they couldn't able to resolve the problem. “The customer care is unresponsive since 15 days I tried to return my product firstly product does not show delivered status when this problem was solved order is showing no return is available. It's very irrigating annoying. I am unable reach customer care.”

“My product never got delivered it was at e com office for more than 10 days they did not delivered my product i filed complaint to customer care and it was said it was sorted out and now my product has returned blaming everything on me saying we tried but your adress was wrong and customer executive are deducting my calls and that E com delivery guys never picked my call and the sale is over no i am at loss and they dint even gave me a solution about it.”

“Total frauds !!! The delivery personal cancelled the delivery without any update given, Since then no refund is made, customer care service is almost unreachable and once connected, they hang up the call just in the middle of conversation without any call back . Pathetic buying portal !! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY ! REAL FRAUDS WHO ARE NOT WILLING TO RETURN YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. USELESS HEADACHE IN ALREADY BUSY TIMES ! NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN !! “My account got hacked. Someone else had placed an order with my ajio wallet money and got the item delivered to them by changing address and number. Contacted customer care through email. Don't get me started About the customer care number. It tells you to that you will have to wait a long time to talk to the executive. But I don't think the company even has executives to contact and the responses are already recorded. Waste organisation...led by so called rich people who can't even afford a customer care executive lol. My advice don't leave money on your wallet unattended for a long time and also don't ever online shop with ajio. Thank you”
