“I had ordered two trousers of the same size, but somehow one happened to be smaller than the other. And they wouldn't exchange, because the tag was broken while everything else in the product was intact. It was not even used once! Plus when, services deliver within 24 hours of ordering, you have Ajio that takes 10 days, for mediocre quality and poor make at times..... If you have to return your product you will have to wait for ten days without missing a delivary. If you absent yourself for it, gone. You'll have to keep the product!”

“Don't ever order from ajio I have ordered 10 products out of which 3 has been cancelled by Ajio without any proper reason that too on delivery date and quality of the product is out of question you see something and they deliver something else not even remotely close to your original product and most of the time if your order says two quantity you will be delivered only one and customer care oh my god pathetic is the best word to describe them.”

“I order the product from Ajio, and i did not like it so I placed the request for return thrice and every time it automatically deactivated from system and I mailed to customer service as well but always received auto generated reply. Waste of money and time.”

“I returned my order and the refund was initiated on 9th July it's been 10-11 days noe the refund hve not been transferred to my account. Also when I mailed ajio customer care no response where given. After multiple mails one response was given that too to wait for more 48 hours. Very bad experience. Hate ajio's service now.”

“About refund I have around 4300 rupess in wallet , i tried so many time to transfer it to bank but not getting money in my bank accout .i even talk so so many times with customer care , they used to say within one hour i will get it , its been a month i am still waiting to get my money into bank account,its like once AJIO have taken money they will not refund you WORST WORST SERVICE AJIO.com I do not have faith in them now They have taken my bank account details through email but still its more than 15 days they have not transferred.ufff I am tried of calling them now”

“I received a TORN product with no brand tag. More over the model was also different than what was shown in picture. I tried returning the product but they never took it back. In turn they said that brand tag is not there so we can not take it back. From where should I bring the brand tag when I didn't receive it only??? Overall worst service. This was my first buy and last buy for sure in ajio.”

“terrible customer service been trying to get in touch with customer support for 8 days now. I have written several emails. I have tried calling and waiting for several mins . even as i type this right now I am still put on hold by automation. ordered four pairs of steve madden shoes in past one week , been trying to change the color for one , after getting no human interaction I decided to keep them as is. to my utter shock one tore from the side on the first day of wear. in less than 2 hours.”

“Very bad experience ordered first time from AJIO and received totally different item .Not able to return now. Also sent many emails regarding this But no resolution . Customer care is not picking up the call. Very very bad App. Does not recommend to anyone”

“Worst shopping experience they delivered the item without tags and after i attempted to return the pickup guy is cancelling the return by himself saying item did not meet the return requirements and failed QC they are frauds”

“Terrible process and terrible customer care service. I had to waste hours and keep calling customer care for the return did not get any resolution from customer but they kept marking issues resolved without giving any solution list my money”

“Worst shipping company ever you have tied with. Night time 9 o clock I am getting a call that can I deliver your order by 10 pm. What the hell is going on? Just because you have ties with such a cheap shipping company so does it give you license to harrass customer?”

“Cancellation without informing the customer. I have given a promocode in spinthewheel contest..75% flat off on performax products. I have spent atleast 2hrs to select the products. And finally I placed the order successfully. After 3-4 hrs they have cancelled my order partially (8products out of 11 got cancelled). When I reached out to the customer care ...they made me to wait 25mins. A lady answered my call and said stocks are out. But in the app they are still in stock and I have given a option to reorder.but this time no promocode to apply.Ajio is just making customers fools. If I had enough time I should have approached the consumers court for wasting my valuable time in fake offers”

“Ajio has shipped a product which is completely different from what I have ordered.I have returned the product which I have received from Ajio. Ajio returned the product back to me stating that the product is non Ajio product. The reason they have kept is baseless and this doubts the authenticity of Ajio entire sale process. It is shame on Ajio that it claims the product shipped by Ajio as a non Ajio product. I have already spent more than a month on this request. Ajio customer service is pathetic and the worst of the worst customer service I have ever encountered so far with online merchandise. I never recommend Ajio for anyone. You have to spend hours together to connect to their customer care. And even over email they don't bother to respond even you send dozens of email's. How on earth Ajio dreams of competing with worlds most customer centric company Amazon. They can't even compete with some other Indian brands.”
