“My order was not delivered, purchased on 15th Aug , order no It has been a month, I am continuously near about every day registering a complain, But they are not refunding the amount. They are cheats, Never purchase from them. Does not deserve even a single Star.”

“I had a bad experience with ajio app many times.Three of my orders got cancelled due to unknown reasons.one product was delivered wrong.Istill didn't get my refund amount.There is no help from customer care,they don't respond to the mail's.Myntra is far better than Ajio”

“I return my products from last 2 months but there is no refund my money in my account, I complain 10 times and also customer care, email but always they reply ur queries solve in 3 days but till today from last two months they not give my refund. Most third class service and like cheater company”

“Really feeling cheated by such a big online shopping platform. Received a torn out product. Trying to return the product since last 13-14 days (from the very next day I received it). But every time their courier agent denies picking up it saying some number is missing on the tag. Even I am showing them the bill too which was mailed by them. Yesterday they have sent me a message that 'Thanks for taking back your return request', even though I have not cancelled my return request. They have harassed me by rescheduling the pickup again and again. I have sent them so many mails but to no avail. As no satisfied answer was received. Always say will contact you after this and that time. But useless... I have completely lost the hope of returning their damaged product and my money went waste. Don't purchase from their app. Completely unprofessional. My return order Id: RT 44262245 (which they have closed of their own), new return request RT 45157291”

“Had horrible experience with AJIO. I have been trying to return a dress from a week and the AJIO people have called me like 10 times , every time saying they are at a different location far from my house and can’t pickup . After sometime I get a message saying I was not available at home . They have been harassing me by calling everyday and re-scheduling the pickup. Now I have lost any hope of getting my money back and returning the bad item they delivered . Never going to shop with them again .”

“This app is totally bed ..don't use .. because once we will order something without price tag they r sending and when we return it that time pick up person Wil say without price tag i will not recieve the product ..that is very bad to cheat people like this and we are calling customer care people will not recieve call also ...I m totally angry with this app ..never buy anything from this. ...not at all satisfied”

“Fake products. Please don't waste your money. I ORDER A NIKE basketball shoe .. which is a copy of the original shoe. Not comfortable at all .. you can make out it is fake after wearing them once. No option to write review in their app because they are selling fake products ..”

“Horrible website. I won't even rate 1 for the customer service. They take away the money, don't place the order, removes discoubt coupon and then say it's a technical glitch. If you have all the time in the world to waste on this website and get nothing in the end and even block your money for 7-9 business days, be their guest!!!”

“Have cancelled the product and haven't received the Refund yet... Raised my complaint four times. BAD SERVICE. And chat support agents kept on postponing giving the reasons. They have told again 30th August it will be solved. Again have to wait.. and this is happening for the fourth time. Order ID is FL0282929146. And it is reflecting Resolved in the App but haven't received the refund yet. Very Bad Service”

“How we can give negative feed back to ajio. Com.. There should be negative star also.. I don't want to give a single star to this site. They are cheaters. They send wrong product again and again.. We can get our refund only in ajio wallet not in bank account. There is only one way to utilize this money.. You should purchase from this site. We don't have any option. Overall Money waste. “Dreadful Awful service. They will lure you with promos and take prepaid orders, but you will never get the order delivered. After weeks of waiting and follow-ups with their customer care (Nightmare), you will learn that your order is back in their yard, They might claim that they attempted delivery and the delivery address didn't exist. Now you start begging them for refund. If you are making any order for any special occasion, be rest assured, you will be screwed. If you are up for a brain drain experience, go-ahead and make an order with AJio.”
