“WORST ONLINE SHOPPING APP AJIO.Worst Return service POOR quality . NEVER BUY from AJIO Ajio reject the return with irrelavant reasons . They send products with out tag and reject saying there is no tag. Products quality extremely poor. Customer service do not give necessary support. Had to call 6 times and mail daily to return a faulty product. Till now return is not successful.WORST online shopping experience. Products, quality service nothing is good, NEVER BUY FROM AJIO”

“Hello, maine 24 August ko shirt oder kari thi aur abhi tak wo shirt deliver hi nahi hui hai… maine 3 baar customer call se queries ki phir bhi koi solution nahi hua… ab na hi mera order hand over ho raha hai aur na hi mere rupee refund ho rahe hain.. ‘AJIO ‘ sabse bekaar hai … worst online shopping merchandise…Main to kabhi shopping nahi karunga AJIO se aur me sab ko suggest karunga ki aap log bhi na karien 🙏🙏🙏”

“I bought a pair of kolhapuris from their brand Indie Picks. Only within 20 days it got molds and fungus all over. I did not wear the kolhapuris even once nor did they come in contact with water. All my other leather footwear is doing fine even during the peak rainy season. I sent them emails with pictures of the product and did not receive any response or apology for the waste of my money. Definitely not buying anything from AJIO again! Horrible experience. 0 stars!”

“I am facing an issue with the exchange/return product through Ajio app. I have been writing emails to them regarding this. They are not taking back a product due to their so called unclear return policy. There app doesn’t allow me to return an item which is already under “exchange” request. I have written to them 4-5 times to explain this. There insufficient customer care team just sends a copy-pasted email as a reply, without understanding the meaning of what I have written. There is nobody picking up the phone call either.”

“I returned a shirt on 16 August, today is 21 September but my refund is not received yet. I called 6 times, emailed 10 times but there is no reply from Ajio.”

“Ajio is a worst app. I had purchased few items from ajio, which was a prepaid order, suddenly a notification was sent that few of my items were cancelled. They have not even done the refunding of the items completely. Cheep app pls don't waste ur money here.”

“My order no is FL0246602794.i didn't still receive my refund amount..and my other order got cancelled on its own,and I still didnt get my refund amount.kindly respond.Same thing happened with my other orders too.Serious action will be taken,if I don't get my refund amount...such a bad service.its the customers hard earned money,which you are neglecting..”

“It's the most customer unfriendly site ever!The clothes are low quality. If you wish to return u r in a soup.You get multiple automated calls telling we have tried to pick up the item.But ,they never turn up.U end up keeping the cloth u don't like and losing ur money!Please don't order from this fake site”

“It is good until unless you are ordering something with less amount. Refund process is very long. No assurance whether you will get your money back or not. Also customer care calling number is not in operation only option is mail. You will get reply may be in 2-3 days. I had issue with return and refund process. For one of my product i created return but it was not accepted by pick up executive as it was not accepting any code. Although product was unused and with all the tags. After that also it was showing ready to pick up in app and after some days my return request got auto cancelled. Also for one of my other product it is showing refunded without any refund”

“My order was not delivered, purchased on 15th Aug , order no It has been a month, I am continuously near about every day registering a complain, But they are not refunding the amount. They are cheats, Never purchase from them. Does not deserve even a single Star.”

“I had a bad experience with ajio app many times.Three of my orders got cancelled due to unknown reasons.one product was delivered wrong.Istill didn't get my refund amount.There is no help from customer care,they don't respond to the mail's.Myntra is far better than Ajio”
