“Horrible customer care services, prepaid products not delivered after2 weeks of d assured date, n they don't even refund my money. They never ever receive calls , no idea why they hv shared their customer care number. Never do an online transaction with them”

“Really horrible customer support Had placed return for a product And it hasn’t yet been picked up No response from customer care Don’t ever use this app They say they have a 30 day return policy How can I return within that time period if they never come to pick up the product ?”

“I had placed an order with Ajio on the 9th of September 2020 and still i am calling for me refund and still haven't received it. I place an order for female product and i received male product and with a wrong invoice too. They just say sorry and have doen nothing on it. Sharing the pictures about the blunder they have done.”

“Worst customer care service. They cheat people in refunding money. My product was updated as delivered. When I raised the complaint in Dec2020 as not received of product. They were giving dates on dates and finally I never received my money till date.”

“Ajio does not refund easily...you have to chase them and even then they don't ...my refund is pending for over 3 weeks now and all i get are calls saying they are working on it....di not take things form their site unless you are willing to chase them”

“Though online...on my PREPAID order they generated a bill with COD on it and later on emailing then regard the issue...they asked me to cancel my order...and didn't even ask me to reorder which is think is too bad for a company like this...so it's a BIG NO...”

“I had purchased a T shirt at Rs. 300/-. the T shirt never reached me. When I enquired about this, I was told that the product has been cancelled and could not be delivered. To pacify my anger they offered a coupon of Rs. 200/- but with a condition of minimum purchase of Rs.600/-. Is this fare? Reliance has never ever done honest business and has used dirty tricks to cheat and loot Indians. I would rate them with No star if the option available.”

“ALERT ! BEWARE OF AJIO SITE Few days back I have received one parcel from AJIO site and taken delivery by paying cash assuming my family may have ordered the same. Later I checked and confirmed that it was not ordered by my family also. So I mailed complaint to Ajio. Ajio promised to resolve my complaint in 7 days and later asked another 4 days. But now almost 15 days after there is no communication nor refund of my money. So everyone be Aware and do not purchase anything from Ajio site or even visit that site.”

“Cheated twice.. Once by selling used scratched surface toys with no screws for opening battery cover.. Second time got cheated by sending two items missing from the same order and now telling me that they shipped me everything.. Where the heck did those things go then???”

“AJIO also sells duplicate products.. I have bought a Nike Jordan shoes for 8999..but its fake.. You can get it for 500.. On top of that they didn't accept the return request.. Spoke to AJIO customer service more than 20 time.. Once miss Fatima their senior representative promised to accept my return request but when I called her up few times she ignored it..”
