“This is the worst website for shopping. The delivery vendor Shadowfax they will take ages to deliver your order and they will cancel your order by mentioning the fake delivery attempts. They have a team of stupid agents who even do not understand the concern of the customer. Please do not order from Ajio as they are pathetoc. They have no tracking mechanism with the warehouse. They dont arrange a call back even If you requested for that. Pathetic Customer Service and Pathetic company.”

“The customer service is so bad , by shopping through ajio is the worst option.i.have decided to uninstall the application. I had a huge lose of money I have ordered a product and It is showing that it has been delivered but it is not delivered yet.when we give request to return of a package nobody comes to receive the order and it wil show in the app that return period expired Tried to call the customer service center still no response I am completely stuck with this didn't know what to do.. Please don't shop with ajio again.”

“I request everyone dont use this agio app....its a fake....whenever u ordered never reach your product on time n neither its delivery partner executive never take attempt and update fake report on your site for your product....this app is not reliable dont trust.....i lost my money n time in this so plz everyone be careful”

“Order g star raw chinos and instead of chinos a dirty piece of cloth received after many mail and calls they started giving dates and after they denied saying this is not done from their end customer care number system is very poor if you want to speak to customer care you should have 2to 3 hours spare time never order from ajio”

“1. Products are never in original packing. Crumpled, smelling, repacked with labels taken off. Foisting off fake products? 2. Puma short with logo sent without logo!!! Definitely fake products on Ajio platform 3. Products get delivered in piece meal! One at a time & that too deliveries start after 5 days of ordering. 4. Product information (code and size etc) on the web site do not usually match the actual description. 5. Products are two or three years old!!”

“Scammers think before order from them @AJIOLife Order ID FL0366948160 this is my order. They return the items midway and says upi refund take 7 days. This shopping platform is scamming people. They stopped reply my email. They will accept your order and do not deliver neither refund.Please banned such site@PMOIndia”

“Do not buy from this app.I’ve been waiting for my order since 14 days. And the delivery service company is worst.sends you message saying they attempted but failed without any calls or messages to the customer. @shadowfax they give jobs to the frustrated people of the country and together they make everyone frustrated. I don’t know but something is wrong with these people. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!”

“I haven't get my refund. It's a month now. I am sending an email daily to get an update but didn't get proper update and so the refund. One of their agent accepted once that it was their system error but still it's not resolved. I don't know what to do.”

“I don't know why is everybody giving bad reviews for ajio because I've had an amazing experience everytime I shop from them!!! I love the app the only feedback I'd like to give is they should add a review section under the items so that the customers can share their experiences related to the respective product. Otherwise hands down awesome shopping site!”

“Ordered a hat for my little 3 year to save from sun on way toand from school After 5 days still not delivered and no even contacted to tell that delivery is delayed. Tomorrow 17/03/2022 last day will cancel the order thanks to Ajio for giving pain and making little child go in heat to school Order no FN4111202873”

“My first and last experience with ajio has been worst in my online shopping experience so far.bad quality, though immediate return no refund done after many mails written to them. User interface... Poor. Highly recommend to look for other online site.”

“I ordered a trouser but the size of it wasn’t as expected, placed an exchange, got a wrong product. Asked for an exchange they said that is not possible. They told me to place a return and then again place an order, that’s how their policy is. I asked to speak with her senior, she said they are not available. How come it is possible at 5pm. Upon requesting her to get me in contact with any senior, she said she will and then put my call on hold forever.”
