“I have purchased items before and they were ok but recently I ordered a printed gown it was of cheap cotton material and not worth 549 (after discount the original price was 2199!) I wudn't pay more than 250 for this product! Really disappointed in Ajio this time. Wanted to write the product review on their site but there is no mention of reviews!”

“From last 3 month’s waiting for my refund but till now nothing is been done. Provided all the information related to that return, called so many times but In return I am getting only waiting time. If anyone can help me out plz do it as really it’s very annoying.”

“Due to mariage season, I have order few kurta suit sets. In first order they provided only bottom of the kurta. In second order they provided two kurta with different size (s and M) but not bottom. For third order, consisting three kurta suit set, they cancelled it from there end saying the quality check is failed, product is out of stock etc and told me to reorder, I have ordered it in sale now the price is higher then I order, why should client has to suffer for their internal technical issue. If you don't want to sell the product at that cost the why did you make that price list.”

“Fraud company. Selling duplicates Chinese armani product. Agents return take product but no token given. Sell in market at 1/2 price and no refund tu u. Never buy”

“Hello everyone..I request all people in the world plz plz dont order from ajio.com aur ajio app...this all fake they show something in picture and send some other products on delivery and when you return the product they will not refund you the money..it's happened with me I have order dresses from ajio app and I don't like d products I return it..now it's been three months im not getting my refund n have made soo many n did soo many emails everytime they ask for the time but still it's d same...soo please I request you all don't order anything from ajio!!”

“I have submitted an complained to you on the 22nd of November As of today, December 13, there has been no response to such an complained .You can also take customer money the other way if you want You can sit and beg near the temple 🙏🙏🙏 Then your income will be even higher How fair it is to take customers' money by saying the ajio online like this You are not actually eligible for your job It's been 15 days since you could not take my problems and I understand how you know the problems of others i think I gave my money to the beggars that ajio faurd ....my payment mode transaction and wrong item mail”

“I ordered Tommy tshirt and received different top.. and now AJIO is saying it’s not AJIO product so I am not getting my refund.. very poor service and waste of money and customers care is useless . Never shop anything for AJIO .. highly disappointed ! Don’t shop from here!”

“I once place an order and the product quantity was so low that I had to return it . After picking up my product today it's been one month and I didn't get my money back . The product was of 2000 . Such fake app people should not get products from this app. Also whenever you will call to costomer service they will say please wait for 2 more days your refund will be initiated but the truth is you won't be getting your money back . Such sick app .”

““I have ordered 3hushh polka night piyjama set , but I received 1 child jumpsuit 1 quantity , I paid the amount , I have returned the product and picked up , on 23 rd of Nov delivery executive came and he is asking me to return 2 quantities,if I recieved only one quantity that to wrong item how should I give two quantities? And also i paid amount for two quantities,I posted the wrong item pics also . I called so many time to ajio customer care also not given proper response, the mistake is yours and u got my money , iam suffering , what kind of people u r , if stealing money from poor ones is not good at all , there are many other ways to earn money , if u can't refund , shunt down ur online nonsense.. Worst experience ever , than u many other online shopping are better ,”
