Worst refund policy ... i odered something on sep 16 and returned on 23 sep., after that they takes 16 days for quality check now they saying that we initiate refund on 8th oct but today is 18th of oct ...but i can't get my refund of rs .1817 back ... now they wants me to go my bank and then send them my one month passbook entry data ...... i have myntra , amazon and many others shopping apps ,, but Ajio is a worst or worst they makes thr coustmer unhappy or troubles them ... once i get my refund back i uninstalled Ajio with in a sec. never trust them

The buyers are being cheated ,They are cheating by saying all the offers,im very dissatisfied with this orders they are cheated me im not going to the shop in the app worst service and response so bad experience to me.

Too bad experience with the pick up executives, they don't have manners to talk to customers, arrogant, they disconnect the phone with hearing, put their own remarks of customer not available etc

They send a wrong product and when I went to return the product it being more than 10 days that they are not picking it up .. they have the worst customer service. Every day they message out for pickup but no one came and there delivery guy making lot of fake attempt

I ordered shoes of number 11, they sent me number 10, a product was not being exchanged at my address, I went to another address and sent it for exchange, still got the same wrong size shoes, Third class app..& customer care.

I received a damaged dress from AJIO. It literally had 3 holes in the front. And after receipt I checked that it was non-returnable. I sent multiple emails to customer care including pictures. However, they refused to refund and sent response saying that item was delivered in good condition🤬.Worst customer service. Never gonna buy again from AJIO.

This is a fraud.... The delivery person took away the product but didn't give me back the exchanged product.... Then are not even returning my money..for the product they picked up.... It has been 15 days ,they are not responding to my complaint.... Shame on your team... You can't solve a single problem.....

I ordered a dress from ajio brand Y london. I ordered S size for which the measurement given is 34.6. accordingly I ordered my size. When ai received the product, it looked so small . I knew I won't be able to wear it still I tried but it was way too small that I could not even wear it for trial purpose. When I measured the dress with the measurement tape, it is only 30 inches instead of 34 inches.. I raised a request to exchange the product with the bigger size as the size guide given is not according to the actual measurement of the product . Called customer care multiple times but all of them are just dumb minds sitting there who cannot give any resolution and are speaking only one line that the product is non returnable without understanding that this is their fault. Anyone will order referring to the size guide given for the product..I wonder why are they even appointed of they cannot give any resolution to the customers. Very pathetic experience as the dress is a total waste for me if not exchanged .

Inefficient and outdated software.Customer can’t cancel the order oven before it is shipped. Inefficient management and leadership team. Customer care execs don’t have adequate communication skill , neither the knowledge. Only the price is competitive but not anything else. I believe they can tap the low income group but Ajio management does not know how to handle middle class and above. They should learn the business from Amazon.

Their customer service is worst. they do not pick up return order for 10-20 days and after that they cancel your return and u have to return it again and wait for 10 more days. They do not provide any customer assistance. This type of online businesses are too much bothering and i am not a happy customer of Ajio. I will not shop from this again and advice others same.

I had ordered 2 jeans on 18th August 2023 with order ID - FN8964406903 from Ajio.com. The order was delivered on 24th of Aug with a cover which looks non-tampered and not damaged. I opened the cover the next day and realised that the product inside the cover is not my order. Instead of 2 jeans, it contains 1 boy’s shirt (Pink colour attached). I was initiated a return request after 2 days because sometimes the delivery boy come again and handover the actual package I experienced from Amazon and Flipkart. So, since Aug 28th I had raised couple of complaints due to wrong item delivered. But the customer care people / Ajio team not listening and saying like they delivered correct product but actually not and closing the complaints without any resolution. I requested them to track using Bar Codes on labels and track their inventory that the jeans pants are really delivered or not? I fed-up with them while communicating through Chat and Emails. Please consider my request and initiate a tracking ticket again that where are my ordered jeans and who’s order I received? Payment made through ICICI Bank Credit Card Date: 18-08-2023 Amount – 1378.20 Transaction Number - 7943143339

The Ajio app and Customer Care are the worst. I have been facing a return pick-up issue. There is no progress and update every time they make the fake attempt for pick up and later say the product was picked up on hold for the past 1 month I have generated 3 returns IDs and more than 12 messages I got for pickup but not even once the pickup attempt is made and my 6k is with the ajio app. They are not even taking back the product not even returning my money. I generated a return the very next day after the product was received. REGRET SHOPPING FROM AJIO. RECOMMEND THAT PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHILE SHOPPING FROM AJIO. THEY JUST MAKE FOOL OUT OF YOU. SHOPPING FROM AJIO IS LIKE SUFFERING

first of all figure out your target audience. I am a single guy who does not need Lingerie nor can I buy it for anyone else. You keep spamming me with offers on Lingerie when I did not sign up for anything is a whole other ball game. Based on the reviews on your page on FB and other sites, your quality is as bad as your spamming. Maybe instead of investing in a marketing and sales team to spam your already dwindling customer base, maybe focus on your quality and stop spamming people. Do you even do a little market research before sending out your spam? Cause you got me motivated to reach out to you like this and making sure it stops.
