“Very bad experience ordered first time from AJIO and received totally different item .Not able to return now. Also sent many emails regarding this But no resolution . Customer care is not picking up the call. Very very bad App. Does not recommend to anyone”

“Worst shopping experience they delivered the item without tags and after i attempted to return the pickup guy is cancelling the return by himself saying item did not meet the return requirements and failed QC they are frauds”

“Worst shipping company ever you have tied with. Night time 9 o clock I am getting a call that can I deliver your order by 10 pm. What the hell is going on? Just because you have ties with such a cheap shipping company so does it give you license to harrass customer?”

“Cancellation without informing the customer. I have given a promocode in spinthewheel contest..75% flat off on performax products. I have spent atleast 2hrs to select the products. And finally I placed the order successfully. After 3-4 hrs they have cancelled my order partially (8products out of 11 got cancelled). When I reached out to the customer care ...they made me to wait 25mins. A lady answered my call and said stocks are out. But in the app they are still in stock and I have given a option to reorder.but this time no promocode to apply.Ajio is just making customers fools. If I had enough time I should have approached the consumers court for wasting my valuable time in fake offers”

“Ajio has shipped a product which is completely different from what I have ordered.I have returned the product which I have received from Ajio. Ajio returned the product back to me stating that the product is non Ajio product. The reason they have kept is baseless and this doubts the authenticity of Ajio entire sale process. It is shame on Ajio that it claims the product shipped by Ajio as a non Ajio product. I have already spent more than a month on this request. Ajio customer service is pathetic and the worst of the worst customer service I have ever encountered so far with online merchandise. I never recommend Ajio for anyone. You have to spend hours together to connect to their customer care. And even over email they don't bother to respond even you send dozens of email's. How on earth Ajio dreams of competing with worlds most customer centric company Amazon. They can't even compete with some other Indian brands.”

“I have ordered tshirt & capri (nightwear) fir the first time front. Thus site AJIO, on COD. After so long what I receive is only tshirt,even on packing capri was mentioned! It was my worst experience with AJIO. I don't believe they have such big online market & they are so careless, worst service they are providing to customers! Even I paid full amount, as I ordered! For return they take less then 24 hrs, on same time of refund they took 1 week, still waiting for it!”

“Hi. I was supposed to receive my first order from Ajio today. I got an email sometime ago saying my palazzo had been delivered. To whom? It has been prepaid for, and I received an SMS with a delivery code, but no delivery person came here. Where is my product? Compared to veterans like Amazon, Ajio has proved how unprofessional it is!!! And your help line or website do not have options for this issue...of misplaced delivery. If I do not see this matter rectified, you know what my feed back to friends and family will be about Ajio! Avoid it!”

“As the name AJIO, I had expected high quality of the Pepe Jeans denim I bought.. in the present scenario we don't go out much so didn't get the chance to wear the pair.. when I did after 2 washes only the elasticity of the denim between the legs is all wrong as can be seen in the pictures.. horribly wrinkled already.. what else do I say about your quality.. Deeply unhappy.. Co. has no value for customers or their money..”

“Worst customer care service.. I gave a return option since the quality of the product was horrible.. they dint give me any response for it. I’ve written many mails and tried calling also.. they couldn’t arrange for a return and refund me.. the person who came to pick up my dress for return was very rude and did not agree to take the return tho the dress was completely packed and had all tags.. they wasted so much time in sending computer generated mails. The 30 day return period got over.. very useless.. horrible ppl.. never gonna shop from ajio again and would refer my friends and family not to use this stupid app too.”

“Ajio does not deserve 1 star as well,, don't even bother about shopping here,, they show 80% discount and finally the check out page does'nt open itself,, even it opens amount will be revised and shows higher amount.. fake app..”
