“Horrible customer care services, prepaid products not delivered after2 weeks of d assured date, n they don't even refund my money. They never ever receive calls , no idea why they hv shared their customer care number. Never do an online transaction with them”

“Really horrible customer support Had placed return for a product And it hasn’t yet been picked up No response from customer care Don’t ever use this app They say they have a 30 day return policy How can I return within that time period if they never come to pick up the product ?”

“I had placed an order with Ajio on the 9th of September 2020 and still i am calling for me refund and still haven't received it. I place an order for female product and i received male product and with a wrong invoice too. They just say sorry and have doen nothing on it. Sharing the pictures about the blunder they have done.”
