“Ajio is doing a scam. They cancel the orders from backend given that the product is available, and then later inflate the price to increase its margin. They cancelled the order from back end without informing the customer.”

“The worst experience on any E-Commerce platform. None of the product is exactly at the size and quality mentioned. I had brought a pair of shoes from Duke brand under 3 months manufacturing defect Warranty. However even wearing for the single day the sole of the shoe started to unglue. After repeated email to Ajio no response was recieved.”

“Wrong colours , totally different colours , different products . I want to return but I don't beleive that my money came back . Maintain correct photography . And enable reviews of the products by customers only ratings are visible. Very bad experience.”

“The return policy is really fake here. No concrete customer care to talk to. For my return request, nobody came to pickup and I just got message pickup attempt failed 3 times.”

“Worst experience ever with Ajio. I ordered Steve Madden heels for ₹5000 and dune London heels and shoes for ₹2500 and ₹1000 respectively, all three of them in discount. I received fake products as the quality was so cheap that the glue on the footwears was visible and they were extremely low in quality. The return was obviously refused and within 6 months my order history was also deleted. My reviews for the products were also not published.”

“very bad aap for online shopping. Because I bought a product from your app or paid for it in cash or online but the online payment has not yet reached your account, that's what you say but it is showing as settled in my phone pay app.”

“Guys this website AJIO is one of the worst website . They will send you wrong product and when you raise return request they will not send refund nor correct product. It looks like a scam for me . This happened with so many customers but they are not at all bothered to solve the issue.”

“I am really disappointed with ajio's handling of my refund. I am a regular customer of ajio for past 3-4 years. I had ordered items worth Rs.5000/-. The order was cancelled and refund initiated but I did not receive the refund. When I reached out regarding this I was asked for bank statement. How illegal is that. On top of that I am told that they can not do anything if statement is not shared. What does that mean?? can't you call up bank and ask status of your own ARN. You have full team to support customers not to hassle them.”

“I have ordered a plazzo set of 1100/-Rs but I have recieved a cheap quality nighty.I also talked with the customer service they too did not respond at all...ajio people are stupid people they don't have mind at all sending wrong products and making false statements that they have shipped correctly and not at all responsible to the customers they didn't accept the return.I have lost my money. Who is responsible for my money.(ajio is a worst app)”

“Delivered wrong product (some thing complete different ) of Vary poor quality . After 10 calls they initiated return pick up . I emailed them too . No reply of email by customer care . Ordered on 9 th , delivered on 14th ,return pick up on 19th still waiting for my refund amount even after all most 10 days of returning product . They are keeping your money with them for almost 1month when return required for your order . Very time consuming and energy draining service . Don't use this e commerce platform .”

“Ajio is run by a bunch of thieves who are working in tandem with scam delivery partners. My order is with them since 8th october. It is still not delivered. They wont even cancel it and give a refund saying i need to wait till they resolve my complain. So its been a month they have taken my money and done nothing. Bunch of assholes”

“AJIO is a fraud.I bought a gift card from their website worth Rs. 3000. My account was debited but I did not get the gift card. I have writing to them and calling them to get my money back but their customer care just keeps giving stupid platitudes. Never will I buy anything from ajio again”

“Stupidest ever ecomm website I have encountered in my life. They initially said they would deliver on 23rd october. Then said the promised delivery date was 25th october. When I called on 25th Ocotober their dumb customer service said they have raised a complaint and that I will receive an update before 31st october. You might feel like pulling your hair if you talk to them. Order number: FN1575402849”
