“I am a reguler customer of ajio. Today I had a very bad experience from your side. I called the customer care executive today to know about my return request. In between the call she is cut the call. Again I called one more that time one another lady picked the call her service was very bad. She is not solved my issue. Actually I called for return my product. I already given a return request on the product but few days back its automatically cancelled. Again I done a return, and that also automatically cancelled. That's why I called these teams. Now I am leaving from the city. My loss is almost 1000 rs . Very bad service. Never going to choose ajio in future”

“I had very bad experience 2 time I deleted Ajio app , they cheated customer for selling their product, they dint gave tag on product and when we need to change they refused take back , this cheating ,don’t buy from Ajio shoetopia brand , making ppl fool”

“I would like to warn customers for this Scam that I feel Ajio is doing as a genuine mistake can happen once but this is to warn with all possible data and proof I have. I had ordered a heels, size was small I selected exchange., with no notifications my heels didnt come, so I checked on app showed delayed exchange, suddenely few days later showed refund initiated. After multiple calls I come to know that they changed from their end as exchange was defected, Now in the whole thing they put refund initiated so there is no return option and when asked for it they said day of returned passed... When I told whole thing I was well in days but ajio changed and i have screenshots of same, they told me to email, In email also they mailed day of return passed, and after multiple calls now I keep getting new dates by when ajio will reply to me. It is sheer harrassment, waste of time and money. Size does not fit, product lying untouched and my money not returned. And this is not only once this is the second time it happened and I have all trail mails, complaints and pics of same... Did not expect this from Ajio....”

“Fraud company. They robbed my money: delivered empty packet but saying that packed properly from warehouse. When asked for evidences (cctv) they are giving lame excuses. Never buy anything from this robbers.”

“Order 2 frocks for my niece 6yrs And one heel Heel quality is good but not as comfortable as it shows in pictures and heel is lill bigger then mentioned One frock got delivered with worst quality to mrp of 2250 thoug got it in off for Rs.850 But still it is not even worth rs400 quality is very cheap and all the thread coming out Very much disappointed”

“Ajio is fraud, I have order my prouduct when I tried to return it wasn't allowing me and for some product they return my amount to ajio wallet for that also not allowing me to use that amount. It's totally useless, I have wasted my money of amount 2000+. In some point it's good but almost it made me disappointed😔.”

“Is three any option to give zero star ? Vendor sends the product without tag and we realise when we open it. If you want to replace with revised size oops horrible experience If you want to return that guy will not pickup because tag is removed. I had sent nearly 10 emails and 10 phone calls. But their response is “sorry for the in convenience”
