Very poor service and delivery partner shadow fax is quite pathetic... Good shopping experience but delivery of products and follow up by ajio is below par... this makes the shopping experience on ajio quite frustrating...

I got a worn out shoes after ordering a brand new nike revolution 6 NN. I was denied exchange l,I write them email,and waited patiently for their response,their team told me return or exchange was not possible as they have shipped and delivery the right product. SAD! Disappointed! Ajio,never ordering from you again.watch out guys,don’t be fooled.

Very worst service from Ajio and following cheap tricks. They cancelled my order after 8days, even I paid at the time of order. I was literally waiting for my dress to wear for navarthri. Myself got very disappointed. I suggest people to boycott Ajio products, customers should show our power. They treat customer like s**t. I already informed to my friends and colleagues not to buy any products from Ajio explaining my couple of issues and I informed to friends buy other online app because they providing good customer service and we can directly connect the call the customer care and we can tell facing the issues, But Ajjio worst customer service, they have only sorry for all you questions.

There services at the time of delivering product is really bed. I have made order of a cargo jeans worth rupees 1000 and I didn’t receive any product from there end. And when I raised complaint they didn’t resolved it. I made the complaint multiple times

Customer service is Pathetic. Looks like bots are handling the support. All complaints gets resolved without reaching out to the customer. Myntra and other platform service has by far been top notch with no hassle. Deleting the app once and for all.

Never purchase anything to this app. I would suggest not to order from Ajio. Amazon, flipkart, Nykaa are much better apps to shop. Further, they respond in no time if any such case happens. They will send a product which you have never ordered. The product you ordered will never reach to you. ultimately customer care will suggest you to cancel your order. VERY WORST SITE TO PURCHASE ANY THING

Very bad experience. Charged more than the MRP of the product. Raised a complaint in October 2023 after a series of unsuccessful chats with customercare executives. Then, someone from Ajio called to return the extra amount to my account. Received a message also for the same. Till now I didn't get the money. I registered another complaint. But they closed it after a day claiming to have solved the issue. Very worst service. Unethical marketing, and zero accountability.

I ordered a small size (91.4cm Chest size as mentioned on Ajio size chart) white colored striped vests but received Medium size (85 cm) 1black, 1 grey and 1 Navy colored unstriped vests. Thus, wrong product is delivered to me Moreover, product manufactured/pakaging date is Sep 2021, thus, old product is delivered to me. Now after complaining the same, i received a mail from 1909@jio.com asking for the images of the product to investigate it further. In addition to that, they marked my complaint as "Resolved" without even wait for my reply. On replying with the images they mailed me that this email ID’s (1909@jio.com) deals with query/concern related to Jio Mobility and its products and services. Since, my concern related to AJIO, i have to contact their AJIO team via call/email and they will help me to resolve my concern. Now, i am helplessly contacting them again and again without any resolution of my problem. They charge convenience fee at the time of placing the order to ensure a hassle free delivery of the product but not ensure any quality checks before delivering the non-returnable and non-exchanable products. I would suggest not to order from Ajio. Amazon, flipkart, Nykaa are much better apps to shop. Further, they respond in no time if any such case happens. My experience with Ajio and with its customer service team is really a bad one. Hence, not recommended to anyone.

Don't buy, They send garbage in shipment. Not give you a refund after giving all the proof of opening the shipment video. Very poor customer service. ZERO RATING

Rating zero, pathetic product delivered and return is not getting picked up since more than a month even after multiple calls and reminders. It's a fraud , don't buy.

I have a horrible experience with Ajio. I ordered for a Floral print kurta for my daughter. After the first wash, the entire print of gold and white colour vanished. When I called customer care, they were very rude and refused to help. Also there have been wrong deliveries for my orders multiple times. Pls do avoid purchasing from ajio to avoid facing such bad experience. #banajio

Worst customer services ever. They don't care about their costomers and take way too long to resolve. Delivery late but they don't care Parcel not received and shows in delivered stage still don't care.

I ordered 2 different items of wall lights and surprisingly I received one pc of low quality light and they had mentioned 2 qty on the box.. there is no customer service to complain...also returned they are scheduled almost 15 days ...very poor service
