“I recently ordered a pair of white Nike shoes from Ajio and they delivered the pink colour shoes which is different from what I have ordered. I am trying from 2 weeks to return this wrong product but they are declining my return request. Already made 3 return request. This is a matter of money and time. I have spent 5000 bucks on something and now they are not taking the wrong product back. Will never shop again from Ajio.”

“Return not accepted, Poor customer care and delivery service. They fake the attempts and when you call customer care they won’t entertain you. They would only respond that their system is not functioning. Didn’t expected such harassment.”

“Worst online shopping experience ever....i would never recommend anyone for it.... the delivery guy asked for payment of the items which was already prepaid. Also when you call customer care to notify the problem they put your phone on hold for several minutes and after 15-20 mins they hang up saying they are not getting response so please be alert everyone..”

“Shipped wrong product and are declining all return requests. Customer care says they can't help because their team investigated and confirmed product was delivered. Why are they not sharing proof. Harassing customers”

“Everything is good about AJIO then why am I giving 1star rating is just because their delivery partner Expressbees. AJIO send their product via this pathetic courier service. So i advice them to stop connecting with expressbees in future coz their lack of customer service make customers to rethink about choosing AJIO too”

“In AJIO ,👎👎👎👎👎my complaint ID is COM00059764975. Such an unprofessional online platform as my issue has not resolved from past 4months on the same regarding my pickup and refund as we have done so many follow ups and still the issue hasn't resolved and extending the process. If you are trying to buy anything on Ajio then please careful on the customer service poor quality's of service and unprofessional”

“I have bought 4 t shirts from AJIO app on cash on delivery and when I received the product the delivery man refused to take the 2000 notes from me as he said that 2000 notes are not valid and company has refused to take it . If it was so they should mention on cash on delivery that they won’t accept the 2000 notes as per RBI guidelines it’s legal tender till 30th September and no one can refuse to take it . I was surprised that how can such a company can do this”

“They deliver you fake and used products, and when you return them, at the time of refund they say it’s a non Ajio product, when you actually have received that product from Ajio. Customer support acts dumb, it feels like you are talking to robots. I’m adding product which I have received from Ajio on ordering mothercare joggers”

“In AJIO ,👎👎👎👎👎my complaint number is COM00059743363.we are not satisfied with resolution.we select 3 product & paid Full amount by our card.but we received only 1 product.Ajio cheated us.they did not send another 2 product.Now they refused to return our money back.Its a BIG FRAUD with us.Even they are not answering us properly now.Dont purchase any products from Ajio.....👎👎👎👎👎😌😭🙄”
