“Very bad customer service experience. I received wrong product, and when I complained regarding this, I didn't get proper respons, I felt like cheated by Ajio. It's totally a fraud company and fraud services.”

“Worst app to buy anything. I order 3 product from AJIO and I received only two with worst quality felt like they were used with no package n all just throw like in one bag. And then I return them to get my refund then they were saying we have scheduled your pickup like whatttt?? I didn’t received it what should I supposed to return you? And doing nothinggg I regret of using this shit…”

“I have placed the returns for the order and the items have been collected already but there is no update yet and the its still showing your order will be picked on 5th feb , this is pathetic and poor service it takes too long to get the money back and the customer service is useless staff is saying i have raised an issue there is some technical problem but thats not my issue i want my money back asap . Cheap pathetic service”

“Ajio can be called *outright scammers*. I had ordered a pair of jeans from this app, what I received was a completely different style of torn jeans of different size, which obviously didn't fit me. When I placed a return request, the delivery agent refused pick up because I was not returning the item that I had ordered. Obviously! I had received a different item than I had ordered! I called their helpline for 6 times and mailed them 11 times. No resolution was given and I felt like such a fool to be scammed so easily”

“This is a scam! Never buy from this website. They will take your order and will deliver a wrong product. After several complaints they will prove that you are lying and that all products were delivered. Their useless investigation team will do no investigation and will conclude that the right products were delivered. You will be left with nothing - neither the product nor the refund!! DONT EVER BUY FROM AJIO.. They are 'CHORS'”

“I ordered a tops from ajio from the ramola bachchan brand. I was travelling when the order was delivered. When I saw the product realised they have sent a completely wrong and different product. When i raised an issue they said the 2 day return window is closed and nothing can be done. Customer getting penalized for wrong product delivery. This is a scam! Don't buy this brand. No resolution from their online chat or customer care email service. Very disappointed.”

“Hello there, I don't understand if, the item is non ajio product then how it got delivered to me. Also, when I already got the resolution that return request has been approved then why it is not being created even after 48 hours? Refer to complaint id: COM00071043496 I am clearly mentioning the details everytime but, getting deviated answers. As, according to the resolution provided by you customer support team the return request have been approved and return is accepted then why always I am getting solution of old return request I can't understand. I have attached the screenshot as well which clearly says that return request has been approved! This is not how it works in app and message you are saying return is accepted and request have been approved but, in mail you are denying by always mentioning previous mail id. This is totally unacceptable and we can create consumer complaint regarding the same. I am totally fedup now because of this much delays the return period got over and return window got closed if, the same have happened earlier I would have created new return request by my own right now as I can't you I raised complaint and in that resolution have been provided in which it is clearly mentioned return request approved! It's provided on 10th January. "Hey deeksha! We have an update against your Ajio Complaint ID COM00071043496. Thanks for being patient while we sorted this out. Your return request has been approved and will be picked up soon. Please visit the order details section on your AJIO app for details.. You can also check the status of your complaint by visiting https://ajio.page.link/trans_SMS". This is out of limit now I am explaining every single time the same thing but, not getting answer for latest resolution I received againt my complaint only getting old return id details! “Absolutely hopeless. Entire team seems “Chor”. They supply wrong product and claim that the supplied product is correct. They are a proven thief. I wish no body will buy anything from them. Else will be cheated for sure. I have extremely worst experience with Ajio and committed to not use their service forever.”
