“I have purchased three jeans from ajio and used a coupon code while plqcing the order At the time of order there was no where it was written that the product you are ordering is non returnable when you use the coupon Neither it was show at the time pf coupon code apply page Now after the product is delivered they are denying the replacement and return of the product saying that since you used coupon we cannot take the return How come this is justified ? they must inform the customers prior ordering This is pure mis leading First they lure you by displaying huge banner ads of discount and after that duping the customers like this I only want to replace the product as the brand runs oversize for the size I ordered but ajio is not listening I am mailing them again and again but they are denying just giving the reasons that since you used the coupon we cannot take return while ignoring the questing of where it was informed prior.”

“Worst ajio service I have received till date. I ordered a tshirt brand name Lacoste with a print on it but they delivered the wrong product and now they are denying to accept their fault and they are not even giving me my refund . I think this should not happen again I want to take action regarding my complain as I have already made complain in customer care WORST PERFORMANCE OF AJIO TILL NOW”

“It's been more than 20 days since I asked them to take my order back because of some size issue from the last 20 days I am only getting notifications that we have initiated your pick up but no one come to take the order although doing fake promises not taking any action”

“This is the worst application which I go for shopping and the order will cancel automatically and the customer don't no about the order is cancelled so I just request you to all don’t waste your valuable time and money to this stupid app I just want to give 0 star on this but this is mandatory to give minimum one star that is why I give one”

“AJIO is such a huge fake e commerce website. They only make fool to customers by making fake discounts on their website when customer orders on discounted price they deny and cancel the product from their own. After all their customer support team is such a headache they have learned only one line, we can't help you after cancellation of the product. But why they can't help if they can cancel from their side then they also have a right to re-place my order. F***ing disgusting website.”

“The product was smaller than expected. It looked quite exquisite on the pictures but in reality it was a cheap quality dress.. As soon as I got the delivery I requested for return.. Now it will take 8 days for the delivery agent to come and pick my return.. Very disappointing”

“Refund transaction to bank account is said to be done. But no such refund has been credited to my account. On calling customer care the lady who answered the call was not ready to understand the problem and repeating the same stupid answer again and again. Would not recommend this site to anyone.”

“Done lot of shopping from this site honestly it's not smooth. they would cancel some products from your orders, returns and exchange is always hectic. Their delivery partner xpressbees is not very professional. Recently they delivered incomplete product, after 2-3 days of return request I got a.message saying thank you for changing your mind to not return it. Shocked I called customer service they asked me to self ship the product!! The same day their courier guy picked up the product but the status not updated in app, instead the app said some other item was picked. Furiously I called the courier guy and also the ajio, they said wait for 48 hrs. Nothing changed in the app, nor i received refunds”

“I recently ordered a pair of white Nike shoes from Ajio and they delivered the pink colour shoes which is different from what I have ordered. I am trying from 2 weeks to return this wrong product but they are declining my return request. Already made 3 return request. This is a matter of money and time. I have spent 5000 bucks on something and now they are not taking the wrong product back. Will never shop again from Ajio.”

“Return not accepted, Poor customer care and delivery service. They fake the attempts and when you call customer care they won’t entertain you. They would only respond that their system is not functioning. Didn’t expected such harassment.”

“Worst online shopping experience ever....i would never recommend anyone for it.... the delivery guy asked for payment of the items which was already prepaid. Also when you call customer care to notify the problem they put your phone on hold for several minutes and after 15-20 mins they hang up saying they are not getting response so please be alert everyone..”
