“Fake promises, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY SR. SUPERVISOR PRINCE, AMIT IRFAN not at all helping ONLY BIG NAME BUT VERY POOR SERVICES, My order was suppose to be delivered on 21st Sept but Still haven't got it and no answer or resolution still, they keep you on hold for 18 to 20 mins and then cut the call off specially THE SUPERVISORS. @NAIRVINEET @MUKESHAMBANI only got big names but services FUCKED UP waste of time. You guys don't even deserve that 1 start. Return my friends money fraudsssss”

“Empty package received from Ajio: Hi Guys, Ajio Order ID: FN8848202748 Order price- 987 Rs. Item- Handbag I made a video of unboxing my Ajio order which was sealed pack. I attached that unboxing video and mailed to customercare@ajio.com on 2nd of September they told that they will give the resolution on or by 9th of September. On that day Ajio customer service promised me on call that they are issuing the refund by the end of the day and It will get credited to my bank account within 2 business days. I waited for two business days then I contacted them again on 11th Sep. They mailed that they sent the intact item hence refund will not get processed. I am shocked by their lie because I mailed them full video till I open the sealed pack package with the help of a knife but package contains only the papers without the item but still they don’t go with the evidence and denying the refund which they promised on 9th sep. I have filed a complaint in consumer forum and urging you all to think 100 times before shopping with Ajio. They will not help incase needed. #boycottajio #AJIOlife I was promised refund on call. I have call recording as well. I sent video of unboxing the sealed pack package but refund was never issued. I contacted back they denied the already promised refund. Fake company, pathetic customer service, no commitment and worst service”

“I was supposed to get a refund on my order which was returned due to the wrong side being sent. That was 4 different dates and never got the refund. Now when i checked now. there is no refund and they erased any mention of the refund or the order. I mean for few hundred rupees how low can they fall? These is a very unprofessional and unscrupulous business. These people should be put out of business. Total crooks”

“The world worst company is Ajio. Every thing went wrong. You were looting customer money. Hey Ajio team Don't think to develop your company with customer money. Delivery delay. Refund delay. No proper response and communication. Really Ajio team will spoil the name of reliance. Really you r all not to fit for online business. Your team is cheaters and liers. First thing you r using the word Hey.”

“Bought a pair of shorts about a month ago had size issues and asked for a return and money to be refunded, what happens is i get an exchange of the same size. I called and asked for a return again and ask my money be refunded. the item was picked up a day later and then they had several people showing up to pick the same item and i informed them it was picked up already, few days later i called and they had no clue. finally after a week they responded that they had received the item and refund will be issued. Now its been 4 different times ive been told ill have a call back from them and the refund will be issued yesterday and still Nothing. no refund. These people are dishonest and horrible liars. DO NOT BUY. BTW they are owned by Reliance. no wonder they are such crooks”

“I ordered puma shoes from ajio so received big size and return them on 3rd of September and the refund amount got failed from ajio they didn’t give my refund amount… i shared my bank statement and also a screenshot of failed amount from ajio… i mailed them and also called daily to ask when will i get my refund back but they’re didn’t gave me any answer i told them why it takes so much time but no respond very disappointed its been more than businesss days i was waiting from last 11 days for my refund amount but nobody has listen My complaint id is : COM00043554198 My amouny is :Rs 3366.26 Return id : FN9928204577”

“Both the orders needed return and another exchange and tried calling the CC no response always busy and dropped several email with no resolution I have to doubt this site never place any orders and they are least bothered abt product returns and they don’t even call back to know wht hppn they just give automated response to your emails never seen such a site who can treat a customer like this and I’m still waiting to see what can be done for me since my money is stuck in these hard times. I feel other sites like Myntra, Amazon and Flipkart are way better than these handling customer queries. I had two footwear orders which one is for exchange and other is for return and the pickup guy arrived on Sept 2nd and took the order EX0016794594, and now the delivery guy arrived to deliver the exchange footwear of EX0016794594 which I have already returned on 2nd since the order is mismatch he did not deliver the order kindly help now I have other return order with me which is RT78813339 kindly help.”

“Ajio is the worst and spam platform for online shopping with pathetic & useless customer service. Because even if once your delivery or pickup get stuck due to any reason they won't be able to resolve the issue. They will keep on giving excuses and you will lose your money. I had tried to return a defective saree and they have initiated a return also. But after some time return had been cancelled without any consent and knowledge of me. Return could not be initiated again since last one month. Reference Order ID:FN4687204851 and Return ID: RT77924777. Suggested not to buy clothes from AJIO online. Subhabrata Das. “Ajio people are cheaters. I bought Sari which came without tag. They have policy that without tag it can not be return. If This is the policy how can they send such product. Now they are not taking it back . Planned cheating by Ajio .”
