“Verry poor costumer service!! I order the items before one week they didn’t deliver properly, it means i order 4 items i get only one product, 2 item’s was outo cancelled it was without any information, rest one product they said me it will deliver before 20/03/2023 but still at this time i didn’t get my product!! Its verry shame.”

“Very bad service. Return my product. After pick up my product there is no update. After calling customer service come to know the product is rejected saying it's non Ajio product. I have proof and uploaded photos also. It's been 15 days not any update when I receive my product back.”

“I Order black printed kurta but delivery boy delivered me a pink Palazzo today which I have not ordered nd also that Palazzo dnt have price tag ..nd delivery also to much late.”

“Such bad service. Ordered a top from their site for the past 4 days its been showing that the product is going to get delivered. Still haven’t received it and continuously fake attempts to deliver the product is happening. Customer care is so useless they dont know anything. Worst experience. Their delivery partner is also bad.”

“The return policy is too pathetic. I placed the orders and didn't liked the product so requested a return. But it is not arranged by the team, and said that our pic up is not available in your area. Now my question is if you can deliver the order then why the return in not available.”

“My order was cancelled by the company itself stating delivery issues! Refund was initiated by their end in December 2023 and haven’t received the same ! When we contacted AJIO customer service , they are literally asking us to send them bank statement to prove that we dint receive the refund !”

“Worst customer service. Cant return the product due to size issues and I have been following up since two months. Horrible management and terrible service. God dave your company. “I have ordered a product from Clothzy brand but received it from different brand, product quality is really bad and worst part is return option is diabled. When I contacted support to return the product, delivery guy denied to accept the return as ordered and received product is of different brands. Raised aconcern multiple times to support but is of no use. Decided not to order from Ajio. Its just spending time to receive wrong product which can't be delivered”

“I have ordered 3 items at a time , out of which they sent me 2 item in one packed ,I shared my OTP for the product as it was same for both the items , but unfortunately when I opened my packet I got only one product, ..they cheated me.took my money ..I never got back my money refunded neither the product..Inspite of calling customer care multiple time..it's a fraud company ...”

“I am a reguler customer of ajio. Today I had a very bad experience from your side. I called the customer care executive today to know about my return request. In between the call she is cut the call. Again I called one more that time one another lady picked the call her service was very bad. She is not solved my issue. Actually I called for return my product. I already given a return request on the product but few days back its automatically cancelled. Again I done a return, and that also automatically cancelled. That's why I called these teams. Now I am leaving from the city. My loss is almost 1000 rs . Very bad service. Never going to choose ajio in future”
