“I have purchased a skinny jeans I have returned it because it’s fabric is not good. AJIO has received it but refund is not done after 6 days. When I called customer care they don’t even respond me.”

“If you are trying to buy anything on Ajio then please careful because they are sending different item what they are showing on their app. Colors are different or sending bell bottom pants in place of ordered items.”

“Always late delivering, but good luck trying to exchange or returning a product. They stole an item I sent back and after opening a complaint they invented that I sent back a different item, so no refunds and good luck receiving the wrong item they mistaken sent on the first hand. Nobody is helpful or try to solve, they keep repeating the same lines over and over till eventually they hang the phone at your face. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!”

“I have been experienced very poor services from AJIO one of my parcel is stuck in delivery but when I called on customer care that please contact to Express bees and ask them to deliver my parcel having a AWB number: 136708199214796 but they said that no this is not in our policy. We cannot help you in reaching out now what is happening neither I am receiving my parcel nor able to return the order.”

“Hi I must say this is fraud site now . I want to return but my phone no was changed I updated that no but still many months passed now I couldn't return that product their logistics service is too bad .I requested them plz share the pick up or delivery partner company add or phone no so that I contact them and returned my thing at their place . But they have no contact with them . Customers service is worst . They r doing nothing . No proper communication with customers executives like other sites have”

“Purchased many cloths. Most of them are very old. Even the Jeans from Luise Philip lost its colour on the very first wash. Seems these cloths are too aged and the colour dies are at its expiry. No quality at all.”

“Ajio customer service and delivery/ return pickup agents are pathetic.. worst experience.. ajio is making fool of us and our money.. after placing multiple return requests for the products that are not good. Ajio is not picking up the order.. they just won't pick up and refund your money..the delivery agent never calls for the return pickup . I have 3 products for return and they have still not picked up and i have not got my money..”

“I have placed a prepaid order, where the product were not delivered to me and beside raising lot of complaints they haven’t refund the amount as well. I’m regretting considering Ajio and shopping. “Worst Customer Service and I am surprised that this is happening with AJIO a company related to Ambani's. I think they are minting money by looting customers by selling cheap products and never process the return requests and even if they do they will not process the refund. Last year I donated one Jeans since I was not able to use it due to poor quality and it was not picked up by them, they just keep re scheduling your return pickups and never come to pick up the material. NOw I have 4 products to return and struggling to return them since last one month.”
