“Order receiving to delay I have one marriage on tommorow , when I was booked shoes it's showing date of 28/06/2024 but still not received now it's showing 29/06/2024 but still it's showing delay tomorrow i have marriage but tommorow also I con't receive the product please focus delivery said also proper time not receiving the product, I'm cancelling the product also”

“I ordered a heel from ajio but it didn't fit me well also the quality so decided to return and get refund. But it is has been more than 20 days i haven't got my refund yet. Also when I call customer care they doesn't respond and if they do they're always like give me reference id and ask me to mail my bank statement. So even if I do that they're like do it again and again.. Such a disgrace we live in... Scamming innocent money... And the fun part is in my ajio account they're showing refund initiative to directly refunded like really? Do buy from ajio such a shame and scamming apps u got...”

“It's a SCAM! SCAM! SCAM. This app earns so much money just by the orders and returns wil explain how. 1st u order a product they wil take 6_ 7 days to deliver BUT! BUT! On last day they wil cancel ur order saying due to some technical issue. Now think of lakhs of such orders for 7 days they get interest on that amount. Now 2nd when u return the product they won't pick up the product for months so again for month they get interest in that amount again think of lakhs of such return issue. So it's a SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!”

“Ajio has been cheating customers . I have placed an order on 1st June and it’s been 24 Days but the order is not yet delivered to me and Ajio seems to give no care to it as well . The customer associates simply give one date that issue will be resolved but it’s been over 24 days . Ajio this is the last order and I make sure people stop using Ajio so that they don’t have to keep waiting for there order which will be never coming to them . Really pathetic experience”

“If you buy any item from this website you will definitely lose your money. I have not received the item which I bought on 8th June till today. Money was not returned. Complaining to customer care is of no use they don't respond properly. They all work from home and have no authority. Whatever we see on our phones, they will repeat the same thing (order status). Avoid this admired website.”

“Ajio is associated with Xpressbees for their delivery. I think criminals are working on this. They refused to deliver my prepaid order and he has been so abusive to me. 9995999420- Siraj is the person who was so rude when I asked for the details. He even told Ajio is the worst company ever and he doesn't like to deliver the orders from Ajio to the clients. Unfortunately, I ordered a no-exchange product and I am in the middle of the sea now.”

“Worst experience I have forever I order a sliders from Ajio but size was bigger and on 14 June I request to return that product but no one coming for pickup it been 5 day’s I called to costumer care as well but they said it will be pickup by today by 9 pm but still no one is coming for pickup”

“This company is very big CHOR. I Odered 3 tops buy but they send me only 2 tops its prepaid Oder I made call to cc instantly I received the parsol and told the same . They close my complaint within contacting me. They update that no default firm our side. I again made a call to cc they said our senior wil call u but no one called. “Ordered for a pack of three socks (colour opted was different shades of blue)which falls under non-returnable catagory,but received black ,grey and dark grey coloured socks. In spite of providing with all the details yet it was not exchanged or returned . The reason given by them is that I have received same coloured product. Request everyone to take open delivery to make sure you receive the same product.”
