“Pathetic service no one to handle the escalations.. I was talking to the agent Arpita but she fails to handle the call and it was not even transferred to the senior… I ordered clear size and received call and it’s not returnable item and in exchange it is showing the size I want not available.. why the seller sends the wrong product if they don’t have the product … it s this the way of making money”

“Writing this to let you know that my exchange order got cancelled. They have mentioned under the reason that they tried multiple times to deliver the product but we were unsuccessful. Exchange ID is 195041910205274 I had placed the exchange order on 28th March 2024. I kept on tracking on app. It said delivery delayed for some reason. Today they said can't exchange your product. Let me tell you nobody ever contacted me regarding this. I was at home all the time. Now I am not able to exchange the product or return the product as the window for exchange/return was closed on 3rd April. Now who's fault is this? You didn't manage to deliver the product. It's clearly your fault. Give me either my money back or give me exchange product.”

“Bought Axium shoes from AJIO ... the sandal fell apart in 3 wears within 2 weeks time ... reported the same to AJIO multiple times and they reverted back saying Axium shoes donot give any quality guarantee and they cannot do anything . Beware when you order Axium shoes as it is very Bad Quality, please see photos attached herewith. DONOT TRUST AJIO.COM blindly as they donot take any responsibility of products being sold on their website”

“Recently I ordered a short for my son. As the quality was not good I returned the item and expressbee person came to my home and picked it. But after pick up I got the msg that pick up failed. I raised a complaint and AJIO has closed the same by telling that the person has not picked up the item. +91 94481 16393 Is the number of the person who picked the T-shirt from my home on 4/4/2024. I never expected such a worst service from AJIO and now onwards won’t believe this service.”

“I ordered a cotton kurta and because i received a defective product with no tags and wrong size i wanted to return the same but the delivery boy refuse to take it back as it had no tag and the ajio customer care is very poor. Similarly it happened to me in a prepared order with myntra. The terribly fail to provide good customer service. Very bad experience.”

“I purchased around 6-7 T-shirt from Ajit hardly a month back. About 3-4 T-shirts colour got faded and few round colour T-shirts collar got stretched. It is all about quality and the authenticity. I paid huge amount for these TShirts . I called up to customer care no one listing. This is how Ajio is cheating customer.”

“Ajio is providing very bad service, products are not delivered on time, No proper customer care. I used to buy a lot from them ..now I am scared to buy anything from Ajio.. I would highly not recommend Ajio.”

“Not satisfied with delivery service. They are not customer friendly they are talking very aggressive. My product was supposed to be delivered on April 4, 2024. It has reached at destination facility. They have never reached out via phone or address but they have updated the status as delivery attempted. Although they called on April 13 and didn't talk in poleite way. So that I cancelled my order.”

“This is not a complaint more of a suggestion to not use blue dart for your delivery services. It's been 5 day the product has been received by them. I have still not received it. Every morning they call me to ask my address then they do nothing. Please try to make some changes”
