“Great job by the team at ALCO! Regine provided terrific customer service to ensure the odd-shaped/three-piece love seat sectional was precisely measured for a perfect custom fit. And the quality of the material proved to be exceptional with the "coffee" color we chose turned out to be very pleasing. I'll definitely keep ALCO in mind for any of our future needs. “I don't normally do this, but I needed to reach out to let you know how absolutely thrilled I am with the cover your company made for my outdoor sectional sofa. After a few emails back and forth to verify measurements, the cover was delivered. Although the packaging was torn, there was no damage to the cover. We placed it over the sectional and the fit was perfect. The quality of the cover is exceptional and I have to commend your company for its workmanship, detail to exact fit and quality of the material used. “We ordered a custom cover for a very large oval table and eight chairs. We followed the guide on line and it fits perfectly! This was a follow on order to a fire pit cover that is equally awesome. Can’t go wrong with ALCO Custom Covers!”

“I bought a custom made cover for my custom made grill cart and I'm very happy with both the quality and the fit. the rep helped me gather all the measurements to ensure a proper fit of it based on a picture I took which I thought it was very clever and to my surprise the cover end up fitting everything prefect. I also loved all the customization you can do to it. Although the wait for getting the cover is understandingly longer than a pre-made product, it's priced just right and it's worth the wait. So far I've had it for 3-4 months and the cover is holding up great to already extreme weather (-20 F - 115 F).”

“We just received our new custom barbecue cover for our 48" FireMagic Grill. The cover is really well made and the fabric is really heavy duty. We ordered a Fire Magic cover when we bought our grill several months and it started falling apart the first week we used it. I definitely recommend Alco Covers.”

“I ordered overs in green. Quality very nice and fits perfectly. The company contacted me before preparing the covers to make sure the measurements were correct. I did make a mistake and they corrected it. Took about 4 weeks to get it but we’ll worth the wait.”

“We had a custom cover made to fit our L shaped outside furniture. It took several emails and photos to get the correct size. We also opted for the velcro opening in the front to facilitate installing and removing the cover since it sets in the corner of a screened in lanai. However when the cover arrived the opening was in the back which did us no good at all. We contacted the company and explained the situation. They requested some photos of the new cover which was expected. GET THIS, they sent us a brand new cover with the opening in front as we had asked for. The process was the easiest I have ever had to do to get satisfaction. NOW THATS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE in anyones book. Also the cover is very well made in every aspect. The handles sewn on to help remove the cover are well made and even fortified on the inside of the cover. I will definitely use this company for any future cover needs. JAG”

“I ordered my custom covers on the website. I selected 18 Oz. Grey pvc to cover my 2 job boxes for weather resistance and theft deterrent. I put the boxes in back of my pickup to travel to a job. My mistake was strapping the boxes over the covers, it caused some very slight damage. I store the boxes on my trailer when not in use. I strapped them down then put the covers on using paranoid weaved through the grommets. Lesson learned. They fit well and did exactly what I wanted.”
