“I was seeking a cover for an Assassin Gravity Feed Smoker, which is not just a simple cube. Jeb and Regine were terrific in making sure the measurements added up and were copacetic. Once finalized the cover was delivered in 10 days. I could not be happier. Many Thanks”

“Customer Service is a joke. I ordered a black heavy duty cover for my outdoor kitchen with a logo. They never asked me for a color on the logo and I assumed it would be white. When I received it, it was a dark blue logo on the black cover. I emailed them and they wanted to argue that they had done it exactly like the picture I sent them. The picture was a black logo on a wooden bench. They sent back a black logo on a gray background. They emphatically stated that they had done it like I authorized. I proceeded to ask them why the area behind the logo wasn’t gray the and the letters black like they said. He then said he would make it again with black letters. I said my intent was to have the white letters on the black. He refused to honor my request even though the process to re-do it was exactly the same. What a joke. Never order from these people!!!!”

“The personnel were very attentive to my patio gliders' size measurements (they weren't standard) and the covers fit beautifully. I was glad to have ordered the lighter type vinyl - it's very substantial feeling and in my part of CA the weather is pretty mild. Thank you.”

“I was amazed at the options that this company offers. I got the item much faster than anticipated, and it is amazing! I ordered one for my rectangular fire pit table with the grommets in the bottom, measured it exact as they tell you to, and it fits perfect. It's so well fitting and heavy duty that I have not yet needed to run any kind of string or bungee through the grommets to tie it down. It just stays in place.”

“These are such nice covers. Zippered, heavy duty, air vents great quality. So easy to order online. Just measure, pick the color, add options and your done. We were so happy with the first cover we got that when we had to order another one, ALCO was our choice. Received within 2 weeks, great service.”

“Moved a buffet cabinet outside and needed to protect it until it is used. Sent the measurements and the cover came back relatively quick and fit perfectly. Thick quality with pull strings. Very well made. Will be having more done by them for sure”

“We had a problem with part of the order so I couldn't leave a 5 star rating. (I'd like to leave a 4 1/2 star review, but it's not an option.) But, they went out of their way to fix it and make sure the problem was resolved. Every time I contacted them, I received a fast and courteous response. Overall, very happy with the products and the service. Highly recommended!”
