“My sectional cover fits well and is very well made. They were made and shipped in a timely manner. Original covers that I bought for my two chairs 5 years ago are starting to leak through and I will definitely replace them with the heavier material covers. I will order from this company again.”

“I always appreciate a true accurate review, so I want to provide one with my honest opinions. I ordered 6 panels to enclose my deck spread out over 3 separate orders as I wanted to see the quality before investing in all 6 at one time. First of all, the website is very good and easy to use when determining what you want and how to order. The customer service people are very receptive in their response and the overall quality of the panels are excellent and for the most importantly, matched the sizes that I ordered. The issue I had was that the customer service girls have limited information and can't provide information on status of order, tracking number, etc. directions on ordering properly. They need to reach out to Production, which could be from anywhere around the world which was always delayed and on my last order, I couldn't get an update or status of my order, the order just showed up at my door. For one side of my deck, I ordered a trapezoid custom size with the fear that it wouldn't be made correctly. I was instructed to share a picture of my deck and provide a drawing to make sure it was done right. I provided everything required, but it was still made backwards so for me to install, I needed to put the inside of the tarp on the outside, visually it looks fine, hopefully there are no issues down the road with it. Great overall quality, but terrible service in getting answers or direction from Production as I was never allowed to talk to them, all communication was through customer service who don't appear to be educated in the products to provide feedback as they need to rely on Production for answers. When I'm buying something custom made that can't be returned, I like to have the peace of mind that I am ordering correctly.”

“Alco Covers made custom covers for ISO tanks equipped with pump modules for our company. The covers fit and perform as designed and are a great value. I knocked one star off because there were issues getting the design finalized. The design document information didn't make it to the final estimate document, then after correcting the estimate document to match the intended design document, the build floor sent a confirmation email with incorrect design information that didn't match the estimate or design documents. Alsco did an excellent job communicating and verifying the design, but it is concerning that the designs didn't flow through per the original design document; and this added time to get the order.”

“Excellent cover that Alco made for my generator. I wanted heavy duty/ durable/ and practical. The generator now is protected 24/7/365 at a marina where my boat is docked and would highly recommend these folks!!”

“I asked Alco covers to design and manufacture a rather difficult cover for my outdoor sectional. Curves, different cushion heights, etc all made this project more difficult. They required numerous measurements and I was skeptical to be honest. I just finished putting the cover on and it fits like a glove! I could not be more happy with their work, and the price was simply amazing compared to others that bid on the cover. I will definitely use them again!”

“I am extremely pleased with the custom-made cover I received for our Santa Maria grill. It fits perfectly - like a glove! - but was also very easy to put on, especially with the zipper I added on. “I have a 150 gallon Rubbermaid stock tank that I use for my cold plunge and this cover is absolutely perfect. It’s heavy duty and it fits nice and snug. All the other covers that I found online were cheap and very flimsy until I found this ,worth every penny.”

“I am SO happy with this company. I had a complex order with an outdoor kitchen that was a very unconventional size. It had a grill, pizza oven, L shape, spots with a counter that overhung 1 ft vs one inch in other spots, etc. It even had a spot with a handle that stuck out and added like a side-rectangle pportion AND a raised spot with a turntable serving platter and they even added that. It's hard to explain but suffice to say it was a pretty complicated order. Very custom. I was 99% sure there would be at least one problem and I was wrong. Because it was custom, order to receive time was about 3 weeks (they quoted be 10-14 business days, so was within that window). The quality is great, it fits perfect, and the cost for it was unreal compared to other quotes. I would use again in a heartbeat.”

“It was a very easy process. I sent Alco Covers a drawing of the cover we needed for one of our machines. The cover was made perfectly and quickly. The communication with the company was excellent. I highly recommend Alco Covers!”
