“I like aldis very much but have been into my local store and all the advent on special offer have gone and it seems as though someone bought them all. I feel this is very unfair for customers and staff. You should only be allowed a certain amount maybe 6 per customer not to all go at once. I've seen it before with people filling their trolleys with fruit and veg as if theyve got a restaurant or shop.it should not be allowed. Maybe the advent were bought by somebody to sell them on at a profit. Very unfair to others.”

“I shop in ALDI stores not because the prices are "ridiculously low" according to one review but because of food quality and always fresh fruits and vegetables. If ALDI have a store in my zip code, I believe the prices will be compatible with Balducci and Whole Foods. The prices are reasonable considering their real estate location.

“because of covid I have had home deliveries from other supermarkets. Now vaccinated I am really impressed by Aldi who unlike other supermarkets have hand sanitisers when you leave the store

“Recently visited the Copplehouse store Liverpool....left a bag of shopping containing all my meat and fish products next to the till....phoned the store as soon as I arrived home which is a short 10 minute journey. My bag has gone.....someone has actually stolen a familys shop. Talk about opportunists. Low and life are the only two words I can muster without profanity. “Overall, I have always been happy with aldi, both the quality of product and the customer service (sometimes a long wait at the checkout, but that I can live with...a moment of quiet contemplation)
However, I bought a vegan rainbow pie on impulse. My son is vegan by necessity, myself by choice.
Oh dear....what a horror this was, soggy pastry, tasteless filling.
Specially Selected.to ruin my day.
I am not one to complain, but this was truly horrible eating experience.
Sadly they used to sell a Chipotle pie that was lovely, disappeared just before Easter.

“Flowers lasted 2 days. Potatoes rotten. Sweet Gem should never been packaged. Cherry Tomatoes all soft. All in date so shop not to blame.
Ok only £6 wasted over 4 shops but informed Aldi complaints twice on quality of products and no acknowledgement- that department is poorly managed so things can only get worse.
Obviously my Aldi shopping list is getting smaller as veg is suspect and flowers unlikely to last.

“Bought some Aldi wild garlic and Jersey butter chicken kievs. They were fantastic. Much better than M&S or Waitrose ones which were far more expensive. I regularly shop in Aldi. They have some excellent quality products so.much cheaper than other supermarkets. Have to get Brand items in other stores but for the items I do buy in Aldi I couldn't recommend highly enough. Staff are always really friendly and offer speedy service.”
