“I shop in ALDI stores not because the prices are "ridiculously low" according to one review but because of food quality and always fresh fruits and vegetables. If ALDI have a store in my zip code, I believe the prices will be compatible with Balducci and Whole Foods. The prices are reasonable considering their real estate location. I recommend ALDI stores to all my friends.”

“because of covid I have had home deliveries from other supermarkets. Now vaccinated I am really impressed by Aldi who unlike other supermarkets have hand sanitisers when you leave the store This is obvious and sensible”

“Recently visited the Copplehouse store Liverpool....left a bag of shopping containing all my meat and fish products next to the till....phoned the store as soon as I arrived home which is a short 10 minute journey. My bag has gone.....someone has actually stolen a familys shop. Talk about opportunists. Low and life are the only two words I can muster without profanity. But a big thank you to Peter from Motherwell who took my call....and restored my faith in humanity. Peter put the numbers on 🤞”

“Overall, I have always been happy with aldi, both the quality of product and the customer service (sometimes a long wait at the checkout, but that I can live with...a moment of quiet contemplation) However, I bought a vegan rainbow pie on impulse. My son is vegan by necessity, myself by choice. Oh dear....what a horror this was, soggy pastry, tasteless filling. Specially Selected.to ruin my day. I am not one to complain, but this was truly horrible eating experience. Sadly they used to sell a Chipotle pie that was lovely, disappeared just before Easter. Hey ho, put this down to experience”

“Flowers lasted 2 days. Potatoes rotten. Sweet Gem should never been packaged. Cherry Tomatoes all soft. All in date so shop not to blame. Ok only £6 wasted over 4 shops but informed Aldi complaints twice on quality of products and no acknowledgement- that department is poorly managed so things can only get worse. Obviously my Aldi shopping list is getting smaller as veg is suspect and flowers unlikely to last. Alan”

“Bought some Aldi wild garlic and Jersey butter chicken kievs. They were fantastic. Much better than M&S or Waitrose ones which were far more expensive. I regularly shop in Aldi. They have some excellent quality products so.much cheaper than other supermarkets. Have to get Brand items in other stores but for the items I do buy in Aldi I couldn't recommend highly enough. Staff are always really friendly and offer speedy service.”

“Susan at the Cameron toll branch was amazing! So kind and helpful and patient as I bought my class their Easter eggs! Thank you Susan! Also bought a set of 2 vases for 12.99 that are lovely and look more expensive now I have them out the box!!”

“I would like to give a big thumbs up to the click and collect team at the Norton Stoke-on-Trent Aldi. They arrive with your shopping in a few minutes are very pleasant and will help you to put it in to the boot of your car if you need them to. As a shopper I always pick fruit and veg in good condition and good dates on other food items, so i was concerned this would not be the case if someone else picked it for me but i have found that it is picked as if i was doing it myself. I have been going for a few months now and will continue to do so for many more. Well done.”

“I used the click & collect service in Northampton for the first time today. Absolutely fantastic. I arrived at the bay, text the number required and within 5 minutes, the lady arrived with all my bags, she helped me to load the car and I was on my way. The dates on the food were great and so was the meat, just what I would have picked myself. Fantastic, I will be back next week. Thank you.”

“Love Aldis service and price always spot on . My only complaint is when you out of something dont say it seasonal. Like cole slaw and corn starch. Your just out of it, no biggie.”

“Great experience shopping today in Aldi on the belgard road tallaght. Staff member Robert was so helpful to my mother assisting her to pick flowers and overall has a great repore with customers even though he was very busy at the time. Really great customer service thank you Robert and thanks to Aldi!”

“I would just like to say thank you to the Aldi store in crewe on Sunday 24th January on making sure all customers were safe by not letting groups of people into the store at a time. It was a shame to see the person that was stood on the door was getting abused by people and acted in a very calm and professional way. It’s nice to see a supermarket taking covid seriously and making sure that everyone is wearing a mask, thank you crewe Aldi.”
