“I would like to give a big thumbs up to the click and collect team at the Norton Stoke-on-Trent Aldi. They arrive with your shopping in a few minutes are very pleasant and will help you to put it in to the boot of your car if you need them to. As a shopper I always pick fruit and veg in good condition and good dates on other food items, so i was concerned this would not be the case if someone else picked it for me but i have found that it is picked as if i was doing it myself. I have been going for a few months now and will continue to do so for many more. Well done.”

“Used the Click & Collect today at Gorseinon store. It's the first time we have ever done this. We literally laughed all the way home because it was that easy and we wondered why we haven't done it before. Brilliant”

“I ordered two items online from Aldi. They arrived separately via two separate carriers. The communication from Aldi, quality of the products, professionalism and communication of the couriers were first class. Definitely a five star experience for me.”

“I used the click & collect service in Northampton for the first time today. Absolutely fantastic. I arrived at the bay, text the number required and within 5 minutes, the lady arrived with all my bags, she helped me to load the car and I was on my way. The dates on the food were great and so was the meat, just what I would have picked myself. Fantastic, I will be back next week. Thank you.”

“Love Aldis service and price always spot on . My only complaint is when you out of something dont say it seasonal. Like cole slaw and corn starch. Your just out of it, no biggie.”

“Great experience shopping today in Aldi on the belgard road tallaght. Staff member Robert was so helpful to my mother assisting her to pick flowers and overall has a great repore with customers even though he was very busy at the time. Really great customer service thank you Robert and thanks to Aldi!”

“I would just like to say thank you to the Aldi store in crewe on Sunday 24th January on making sure all customers were safe by not letting groups of people into the store at a time. It was a shame to see the person that was stood on the door was getting abused by people and acted in a very calm and professional way. It’s nice to see a supermarket taking covid seriously and making sure that everyone is wearing a mask, thank you crewe Aldi.”

“Up to 18 months ago our sainsbursy/aldi split was 85/15. however over the last year or so it has turned around to 20/80.Due to a combination of refurbished and extended stores making it more enjoyable to shop combined with good quality cheaper products”

“I often go to the store in CF14 in Cardiff and there is one young man who works on the tills, who always makes my day! His name is Jake and he is efficient, cheerful and very positive, always working with a smile. We need more you g people like Jake as he is an excellent advert for Aldi and the youth of today :)”

“I ordered a tv online from Aldi and had a very bad experience in returning it as it wasn’t right , I went in to my local Aldi in Bramley Rotherham and 2 of the managers there really helped me out , one called Linda and the other lady I can’t remember her name but they went above and beyond to get me my refund and help me out of a really stressful situation and time , I would like to thank them very much as I feel the situation would have gone on fir a very long time if it wasn’t for them .”

“Just wanted to post this morning I showed at Aldi in Coleshill. I had a load of litre bottles of water and the lady went and got me a trolley and made my shopping experience an absolute joy. Thank you 🙏”
