“Kirkby in Ashfield Aldi store is the best supermarket I've ever shopped at. The staff always greet you with a smile and no matter how busy they are their always willing to help you.. even if you're a grumpy customer.. All my Aldi shopping experiences at Kirkby in Ashfield store have been happy ones... so much so.. that I don't shop anywhere else now. Thank you Aldi staff.. Big love.”

“Regular shopper at Aldi ....find the store we use to be clean ...well stocked... convenient opening hours for us....staff - helpful & friendly.... grocery prices cannot be beaten & quality is second to none....we purchase lots of aldi's "special buys" they are just brilliant value ....it's our one stop shop!”

“Shop s too far away so made my purchase online for first time from Aldi (I do shop online from many other stores) Ordered Kirkton House metal bathroom caddy, Lacura primer and eyeshadow palette and Palmer's cocoa butter lotion on 16th Dec. Email received 18th said it was in warehouse waiting for collection by Hermes. 24th Dec still waiting for Hermes to collect it. Rang Aldi who refunded right away and promised delivery on 27th if I wanted to re-order. I did re-order and box arrived mid afternoon of 27th. Seal on box 2/3 slit open? but contents intact and I am very pleased with the quality and prices. Left feedback re Hermes on Trustpilot as they forged my signature (not the first time either) when no signature was needed as I had designated safe place. Hermes chat is non-existant as it's a bot which gives out limited answers. My usual online clothes and homeware shopping is delivered by Yodel 👍who are 5⭐ in my area of S.E.Surrey.”

“The stores are very good. Staff are very knowledgeable Unfortunately for me it's the pre ordering system that lets them down. It is normally dispatched 5 days after it's been in the store.”

“Daniel at Wolverhampton Aldi was very helpful in helping me locate a Christmas tree. He rang two other local stores, considering I had already driven to three different stores in Wolverhampton and had no luck. Very appreciative of his excellent customer service.”

“had two of your turkey crowns this weekend as had a family christmas early just got to say would fully reccomend moist beautiful for carving and plenty of servings as stated will definetly be buying again and also a very good price served us perfectly thank you aldi”

“Brilliant shopping today with friendly and helpful staff to help me as I'm in a wheelchair. All shelves fully stocked. Till stuff great as Sngela helped pack my bags then csne from her till to place on back of my chair. Thank you Sldi for super service on my Sunday shop.”

“Fantastic store. Often go to the branch @ Newbridge Lane,Stockport. Great choice & prices, also some obscure items you'd never think of! Superb range of fresh BRITISH produce-WELL DONE ALDI for showing this country CAN survive on it's own!! We also visit the Urmston branch & can honestly say All staff in both stores have excellent customer service skills & they really look as though they enjoy their jobs. For all the snobs who want to go in, but won't, carry on throwing your money away!!!!!!”

“I have had nothing but the very best service from your staff at the Hemel Hempstead store and I feel I need to tell someone. On every visit, your staff are polite, helpful, courteous and above all, friendly. And the food is excellent, I fell on hard times 2 years ago and if it wasn’t for Aldi, I really don’t know how we as a family would have survived. Thank you for all your hard work in making every visit a lovely experience, well done Aldi Hemel Hempstead, if only other providers followed your work ethic!”
