Warranty does not help. Customer Service was of no help. There products break or fail and they refuse to send replacement or any help. How does a company not trust or know there own products?

Terrible cost me 240 shipping after I was told wrong dimensions of oackages. Long story. Ya natructions are garbage very hard to understand. Quality isn’t were it should be. Shall see if I can get it to work correctly.

Ordered a product advertised from their salesperson and paid in cash on June 30, 2022. Promised in 3 weeks. Called 4 weeks later they said 3 more weeks. Called August 30, 2022 they said next spring! DO NOT DEPEND ON ALEKO FOR ANYTHING , THEY DID NOT OFFER ANY ALTERNATIVES TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM! I did get my money back . Sorry customer service!

I got the awning but the right arm was broken , i called and emailed the problem , i got a total run around and no clear answer as to what i can do. after two months of run arounds and no help from aleko i just ordered a new arm it came i put together the awning i was not impressed with it . took it down and sold it at a yard sale. I then purchased a sun setter awning it works great your company is totally useless .

we began installing our awning, got to the place of putting the cover on and it was a 16 ft cover, the frame is 20 ft, we ordered a 20 ft, first you delivered our awning to the wrong place, so it was delayed, and now we can't put up because it is the wrong size. I have been talking with your service department and they keep saying it will be sent or has been sent (the correct size cover) but can't find tracking number. In the meantime I purchased (and paid for) another cover so we could continue installation since i have no idea when the replacement will come. AND YOUR INSTRUCTIONS ARE TERRIBLE!!!

They did not stand behind their product. Poor quality, Poor customer service. I have a $500 pergola that collapsed after 1 month because it rained (not wind). They said that voided my warranty.

Not happy with product AC-1550 only lasted a couple of months my gate weights around 300 pounds and this supposed to be for a 1500 pound gate gears inside are already worn out and gate stoped working

The directions were horrible. The adjustments were very difficult and it still to the day doesn’t work right.very unhappy and have a pos hanging on my house that I can’t remove because I will still have the altercations to my siding that I’ve made.

Received our motorized awning. Motor would not fit. Reordered the motor. Waited over a week to receive. Assembly instructions were horrible. Test time…awning would extend about 3 ft then bind up. Line up the awning to retract what was out. Another foot left to go and it just stops. Very frustrating so we decided to see if we could exchange it. ALEKO has the customer pay for the shipping charges back. Why does customer pay…because we didn’t want the product?? Not true. The motor was at default. In talking with Adriana in customer service, she was to speak with her supervisor for an RMA and get back with me. Not one word back.

The only thing good about our experience was the delivery was on time. Poor product, company cannot even provide answers to specific questions about the product should something go wrong. Customer service is only helpful in the pass the hot potato game. I gave the company 1 star because I could not give 0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BETTER OFF WITH ANYONE BUT ALEKO!!!!!!

They have by far the worst customer support team and the technical support has no idea what gate operators there company sells or how to troubleshoot them, how can you be a technical support person but no idea what your doing.

Bought Gate Opener Aleko AC 1400. Ordered photo-cells. We've hired two certified electricians to install and wire it to the KZB13 mother-board. Neither has been able to get it to work. The instructions are terrible. They both called Aleko support without help from them. We had them send us a second photo-cell, it didn't work, had them send us a 3rd photo cell..Called Aleko support: "we have no no technician available. Can't find any complete instructions on YouTube that fully explains how to wire it. They wired it per the instructions available in the package and it didn't work. Sent them an email explaining what has happened, that is has cost me more than what I paid for it in the first place. That I was disgusted with their product, asking what they are going to do about it......WITH NO REPLY. To say the least: I will never buy another product from ALEKO.

This company is horrible. We ordered a sauna. The heater, lights, and wiring were all missing or broken. Costumer service keeps giving us the run around and no one will actually help us. We received the item on feb. 15, started emailing in feb. 18 and nothing has been resolved. We have a $5000 piece of junk and this company (multiple people!!) have been no help. It is so unprofessional how they treat people. Please save your money and do not buy from this place!!!

Nearly everything that came pre-installed from the factory on the "Motorized Retraction Slope Patio Awning" was backwards from the instructions provided. The install video also uses different higher quality parts (e.g blockers) than the cheap plastic parts that came with this product. It took my husband double the time to disassemble and uninstall the factory installed components and put them the right way as laid out in the instruction book. Also some of the metal parts came dented. Still in the process of installing because of the long drawn out process of correcting the shoddy factory pre-install that only made things more difficult; at least it's easy for us to not recommend Aleko to anyone unless you're someone who enjoys wasting your time.

Absolute trash don't waste your time or money with this company. They do not stand behind their products or their own policy's. I bought an outdoor sauna from them that started molding and buckling the wood within 30 days. The sauna is not designed to be used in freezing conditions. I only used it 10 times but somehow according to them I misused the sauna in that short time so "it's not defective it's misuse". But then fail to provide me with a reasonable explanation on how I misused it to cause this. Still fighting to get my money back.
