“Easy to use website. The website was a little confusing until it was revealed that my 12 foot gate came in two pieces. I have not received the gate, nor been notified of its shipping date, so a little too soon to rate the product.”

“The chat room guided me thru the process I needed in order to buy and install a sliding gate. They handed me off to the tech person because I had questions on the foundation. My order had a glitch because of the shipping address not being same as billing address but the sales dept later explained what they were/ had to do. somewhat confusing but not a simple straightforward process. Took a while to get full explanation of how all the different departments work; but at least they are there to answer the questions. Now I just hope the product arrives as promised and the billing department doesn't add on any extra charges.”

“I purchased and installed a 2400 gate opener and it has had issues but your technical support group (James) has been great and very helpful. so far, satisfied with product (wish it was American made) and very happy with ALEKO as a company.”

“GG900 seems to work well once we worked through a couple small issues. Customer service is good if you can hold long enough to get to the right person. It took a while but overall I am satisfied and the price was right. I did all the work myself and saved a ton of money over the brand name stuff.”

“I was pleased with the website and with the order process. I recieved my complete order in a timely manner. I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the thermometer I recieved but I understand that it was a very inexpensive item so I guess the value measures up to the price.”
