“The product itself was fine, I didn't like the fact that the amount charged on my card differed from the amount on my bill.”

“They did not make us happy. We were sent 6 tiles for the wrong side and it took considerable effort on our part to get anyone to send us the correct ones. We had to send pictures, more than once, of the incorrect tiles and make many phone calls and at one point were not allowed to speak with the manager. A second lot of the wrong tiles were sent to us. After about a month of negotiating we finally rec'd the correct tiles.”

“Legs need to go into deep ground!”

“I have used this on two different vehicles now1) 2012 VW passat TDI. The pump worked great! no issues what so ever. i did preform the oil change with the engine warm which i am assuming made it a little easier for the pump but it only took about 5-10 mins to pull all of the oil of of them pan!2) 2004 toyota 4runner v6 4.0l. this vehicle i was not able to extract all of the oil from the pan as the supplied hose was not long enough to reach the bottom of the pan i was only able to extract about half of the oil then have to drain the rest from the drain plug.over all this has been a great tool i just wish the tubing supplied was long enough to work on most vehicles now i will have to source a longer section of tubing.”

“Tent is cheaply made but did the job formy sons bday party; it was much cheaper to buy this tent than rent one! Canopy ripped twice in 2 small spots while we were putting it together. We had good weather but this probably wouldn't hold up if it was too windy. It is easy to assemble, only took us about 10 minutes to put up.”

“We were looking for an awning for our vintage camper. Another owner had used these awnings, so we looked them over. After much measuring, and several informational conversations with customer service, we ordered one. It was just what we wanted, and fit right into our existing C channel! We love it!”

“I gave it three stars because it really isn't sturdy enough to stand light wind I would definitely recommend in purchasing anchors , I bought some (6) at Walmart for .97 and were alot better than the ones that come with the canopy and got the job done. Also the "side walls" are attach with Velcro material so it will likely tear its really cheap material however the good review : very easy to assemble !! Less than 20 minutes, it also gave us great shade for our camping trip, &was able to be up for three days even though we poked holes to tie the "walls" to the pole(FYI it only came with 4 side walls) other than that it's alright.....?..”

“This is not as shown in the picture. The inside is not pink but is a blue fleece with hearts on it. Otherwise its a decent product.”

“A bit lacking in the directions, but managed to get the 16 x 8 rv awning installed. Would have been much easier if the two main cords had been sewn in, instead of customers threading.”

“"I would buy more if you shipped free to cambridge ontario by Toronto. I need swing gate openers but do not want to pay 100's for shipping when you will ship to New York for free and we are closer. Does not make sense. We bought driveway gates from you and they where shipped free. Big packages too. Things that make you say Hmmmm."”

“After returning the first unit as defective and lacking accessories (and unhappy at having to pay return postage myself!), the second unit has performed as I had hoped the first one would. Unfortunately after the time delay and extra cost, I may have been better off to purchase a different unit. Still, at least the second one works.”

“We love this! Have been using it for a couple of weeks now, we have had some good rain and nothing has gotten in to it. The instructions are silly but if you know how to put up a tent this is the same thing!Update***** after having this tent for a few months it has broken. The actual tent is still intact but the tent rod is broken”

“We love our gate. But lightning struck our opener and we have tried numerous times to get help on what part to order to fix it. We have ordered a circuit board and a switch but that wasn't it. Your tech people are not helpful.”

“Product works well so far.The picture is in black and white and is eay to confuse with the porter cable that I really wanted. This product is made in China.Used it for two days straight and it did the job. We'll see if it holds up.”
