“I am happy with the customer service however, I am not happy it has taken five days to ship my product.”

“the model that i purchased is the ac-2700 and it works fine. my only complain has to do with their guarentee with the items being sold as is. my shipment came with a huge hole right down the middle of the box. i did not have the time to ship it back since i was going to install it for a partner. one remote arrived almost broken in half. i understand that the shipment is not exactly their fault, but i really wish they cared enough to deal with these kinds of issues”

“We bought a slide gate opener. It was a bit tickie to install connection was in backwards . Directions are not the best can tell that English is not there first language Once installed opener works as it should. We are thing of getting a second one for our other gate. Our gate opener is not working very unhappy this is the second one we bought instructions are not clear no one can fix it”

“"The products seem to be relatively well built, however with a little bit of extra thought, some of the brackets and mounts could be significantly improved, but in general they are good products., The other problem I have with the unit is cold weather usage, they are built supposedly to operate in Canada, but can't work in colder than -20C I believe, we have lots of places and dates that -20 is during the day when the sun is shining and -40 is possible. I have had to put a heater, under the opener to keep the opener operating in colder weather, I used a simple stick on oil pan heater that works very well.”

“Purchased gates and remote system. Only things that dont work was the exit wand and the photo cells that are suposed to stop the gates from closing on people or vehicles”

“I love the gate! The solar panel doesn't work maybe to much rain has a bad effect on the battery.”

“The gate openers work well but the automatic gate opener controller failed within 5 months. this seams to be a common problem as a gate opener that I purchased for personal use has also had the same problem only a month after it was installed.”

“The product came in as advertised, but the box was soaking wet and wrapped in plastic to hold it together. No issues with the product but shipping with FedEx was deplorable. The sanding discs work well, but screens would work better as the drywall dust sticks to the sanding disc. Still better than sanding by hand”

“It's a good sander when it works as long as you don't use it to hard. The drive shaft parts break all the time.”

“The sliding gate openers are very compact and reliable. Some fence panels and posts are showing poor paint prep leading to severe corrosion issues even though we don,t have salt issues. I need to call customer service.”
