the model that i purchased is the ac-2700 and it works fine. my only complain has to do with their guarentee with the items being sold as is. my shipment came with a huge hole right down the middle of the box. i did not have the time to ship it back since i was going to install it for a partner. one remote arrived almost broken in half. i understand that the shipment is not exactly their fault, but i really wish they cared enough to deal with these kinds of issues
