“Been with alfa a few times love going with them this time very disappointed the feeder and traveling very good just the hotel had to make own beds had to put rubbish out meal times bad felt like I was in a pub no table cloths on table just got a tray with cutlery wrapped up breakfast was horrendous food not cooked proper service very bad manager had to come up in the end every meal time to organise rooms were very clean though 2ould it stop me going with alfa no I just won't go to the monach hotel who to blame covid but I was disappointed with holiday”

“Had a lovely break to exmouth lovely hotel the Cavendish , no probs staff lovely manager Lisa is friendly, food is excellent ,rooms clean , tony our driver lovely and friendly . Booked again for aug can’t wait”

“Went to newquay with alfa travel, this holiday was important becaus i was 60 while we were away the reason for my early holiday i had a great time our driver john was very helpful and nothing was to much and was very knowledgeable about the places he took us. From booking my holiday to the coach station an back was seamless, are hotel was very good and the staff amazing. The only thing we could not use the pool but i understand the management wanting to wait until the 21 june, i was a bit put out by no entertainment on the saturday night because the other coach had not arrived and was running late, but our coach was still on holiday and if we went out we would not of got in any where as every where was packed because of the fooball, a big thanks to jhon for making our holiday a pleasant experience.”

“We Just had a week at the Regina Hotel Torquay, we were collected by Alfa and made our way down country with Kavan our driver,who was excellent and informative, the stay in the well situated hotel was great,staff and food was excellent,as I am Gluten free,there was a good choice,even sweets, good entertainment each evening, could not fault it in any way, even with face masks, as and Deluxe Toilet rolls!!”

“Shanklin hotel, Isle of Wight. Superb, food, staff, accomadation ,driver john. We took a party of 9 everyone enjoyed themselves, even the drinks were pub prices what can l say but thank you, you were all terrific”

“Hotel Regina Torquay, excellent food and served by very pleasant young staff Manageress is of the old school and nothing is to much trouble, the housekeeping was of a high standard, in a very convenient location. Ideal for the older clientele”

“Recently returned from imperial hotel ilfracombe. Upon arrival Alex the hotel managed came out and greeted us. Same on our return journery home.Hotel staff were all friendly & polite. Nothing was too much trouble. (Even asking for more toast & butter) Rooms were bit dated. Plenty of room comfortable bed & plenty of hot water. Shower was very powerful.(Although I didn't have tv remote in my room) it wasn't an issue. Maybe to other guests. Trevor the driver was very friendly polite & good sense of humour. He is credit to the company.”

“Just returned from my first Alfa trip, to Dunoon.have to say, pick up in Newcastle was good, relief stop in Gretna good, arrival at hotel was quick, cases delivered promptly, lovely but aged hotel, but comfortable and so clean. Food so so but perfectly acceptable, lovely service. I shall return !”

“Our Alfa holiday to Oxford, Stratford, and the Cotswolds this week has been excellent. Our driver, Charlie, even took us to RAF COSFORD on the outward journey, and the National Memorial Arboretum on the return. He made our holiday relaxed and comfortable. He also provided interesting snippets of information as we travelled. The hotel in Kidderminster is comfortable, spotlessly clean, and has very nice staff. It's only downside is location really, as it is a long journey to each of the itinerary destinations. We have travelled with Alfa before, and will do so again. Carter 02.08.19”

“For what you pay and the service provided Alpha is great value. Each evening Choice of veggy.meat.fish and assorted salad. The drivers actually make the trip and as being employed owned company give it that bit extra. Modern coaches and big choice of trips. Would recommend”

“My first experience of a holiday by coach. Excellent value, the staff are amenable and very courteous. The organised days out are not compulsory and I elected to stay within the area apart from one. All the staff are helpful and our stay was a great and relaxing break. Ideal if you want a break from driving or sitting in airports for hours. Fully recommend this company.”

“just returned from Angus hotel Blairgowrie good trip up good driver (tony) trips out very good disappointing trip to balmoral glam is castle great hotel Angus good rooms entertainment fair food good but not much choice bar poor closed 9-45 one night didn’t tell anybody not has good as a leasureplex hotel booked a room with walk in shower and near lift but disabled with had 10 stairs to negotiate to get to room hotel fault not special needs wood not recommend this hotel”

“This is the first time that I have traveled abroad for a number of years due to mobility restriction,s so I was somewhat apprehensive before the trip. We booked through Alfa Travel as we use this company for other trips within the UK and they were exception with the planning, booking and delivering top class service, from the moment we reached Birmingham Airport to arriving at our Hotel in Jersey. I would recommend anyone that has mobility problems to contact Alfa as they will arrange staff to assist with everything from meeting you with a wheelchair after checking in, accompanying you through security and the departure gate to boarding the plane. This service continues upon arrival to your hotel and also for the return journey home.”

“Whilst the 8 day hol. to Scotland, Tour No. 433M, last week was great for the tour itself, and all the places we visited, the driver and coach was great, the Croit Anna Hotel, Fort William was exceptionally clean and the staff were great, the Hotel itself could do with a complete refurb. Indeed we were told this was taking place and the dining room and downstairs cloakrooms had been undertaken, also some of the bedrooms. The outside is in need of a good power washing and coat of paint. This would make for a much better outside appearance as the hotel is situated in such beautiful surroundings overlooking Loch Linnhe. The main complaint was the return journey which took us right across country to stay overnight at Teeside, why? we could not understand. Otherwise the weather was kind the company great and scenery great. a”
