“I have a very bad experience in amazon shoping.i purchased a us polo men sleeper on 19th july 2021.and i got the delivery on 22nd july and at the same time I tried the sleeper and its fitting was not good so at the same time i applied for return pickup.then next day when the deleivery boy came to pikup the product he demanded a box whereas the product was delivered to me in polybag only and not in box.so he denied to pikup the same.then i called up amazon customer service they said ok sir we are applying for new return pikup and we have mention that product was received in polybag and ur product will be piked up on 26th july and on 26th the delivery boy came checked the us polo sleeper and return pikedup the same.after 2-3 days i called up amazon customer centre for refund and they said that ur return pikup has been done and u will get the refund in 2-3 days.still i havnt got the refund.3 times in 10 days i called up amazon centre for refund enquiry and they always said that u will get refund in 3-4 days.but i did not get any refund.finally on 8/8/21 when i again called at amazon customer centre they said we will not be able to make ur refund as the deleivery was bad( they said u have returned something else and not us sleeper.i was shocked to hear that.as the pikup boy has checked the product when i handed over to him.and now amazon customer centre is saying that u will not get refund finally after a long dicussion they denied to give me refund as well as no product.so guys i am telling u amazon is a cheat seller.amazon has started cheating and steeling people money.I request u to not puchase from amazon rather purchase it from any other shoping sites which u find safe.”

“I had a very bad experience!! last month I received wrong sizes for 3 kurtas ordered and when I requested for exchange citing the reason as wrong size received they again sent the wrong sizes in exchange that I returned back and then after few days the returns dept is writing mails to me that I have returned wrong item to them !! So disappointing and ridiculous of you Amazon!! What would I do with S size kurta when my size is XL ?? They are threatening to close my account for some unusual activity in my account !! So today I signed out and deleted this app that is full of liars,sick,blind and hypocrite people !! Not interested in buying anything from people who blame customer for their mistakes and shortcomings!! You people really need and IQ test and eye check up for sure! Goodbye 👋”

“Latest scam by Amazon/its sellers. I faced this kind of scenario 3 times. In Amazon product catalogue the country of Origin displayed as India. But once the item delivered on the delivered item in description the country of origin will be Made In China. I called up to Amazon customer care and asked about this. They were ready to return the item and they were not able to identify the flaw in their system. May be for some people this scenario not doesn't make sense. But for the people who think about indian economy it might be a point to think. Also i can say confirm that amazon won't check the orders before delivering them.”

“Amazon didn’t posted my review saying it’s not as per guidelines. I complained their CSR called thrice saying I ordered a product 2 in quantity and received 1 and this wast first instance. Has happened repeatedly with same brand. No Amazon say this should be reported to the seller. My question is I’m TRUSTING AMAZON. For my money and ordering from Amazon WHY SHOULD I TAKE UP WITH THE SELLER ? Why can’t Amazon take up on their delivery channel.”

“Package shows delivered in their system but we haven’t received it. Tried to contact them but only automated texting available that repeats the same answers over n over. Will we ever get this package? Can their delivery agents be trusted? Why do they mark it as delivered before delivery? Amazon.in needs to scan their delivery agents. Im posting the ph and pin of the agent who is responsible for this. Where is my package?”

“It's really frustrating to buy anything from Amazon. I had buy Ac and it was not working properly. One time they have returned and exchange but again the new AC showing me the same issue . I talked to one of the agent ( Chandra) was the name to the person. He was so annoying and unknowledgeable. He was saying that you have to pay our installation team only after that my Ac will work fine . Wtf ? I don't want anything installation from your side . Just return my product if it is not working properly. That's not your headache that who will install it or not . Seriously guys Amazon team is sick . I want my money back and take your shitty product back.”

“It happened to me twice. I don't trust amazon payment gateway. Money deducted from my bank but order did not placed. Also money not credited more than a week still waiting. I don't think it will be. It really sucks. So decided not to order from amazon in future.”

“Received the defective product, found few white spots on the screen. Requested Amazon for the replacement but they denied and initiated refund because of price were increased of the product while it's available with the same seller as fresh purchase. Looks like Amazon policy is not in favour of customer. Another interesting thing is that price of the same product is different for normal and business users. Its around 10% higher for business user. What kind of great benefits Amazon want to give to their business user?”

“They were good about few years back, now they are really bad with incorrect ratings and horrible customer service. To maximize profits they have been cutting corners and also compromising on quality. They don't care about their customers even if you report a issue they will assure it will be fixed but nothing really changes. Good bye Amazon moving to Flipkart.”

“Amazon India has tied up with few fraud sellers to maximise profit margin I was victim of one of those sellers,i was sold defective product and later seller and amazon denied to entertain my claim Amazon are getting greedy and need to be taught lessons by customers”

“My order number is 405-4267668-4273146, I placed order on Thursday (17-Jun-2021) being a prime customer and it said to deliver next day (18-Jun-2021,Friday). But, next day it's said as delivery attempt. I didn't got a call from a delivery agent. When I raise the complaint immediately, they said it is escalated to delivery center and it will be delivered by end of day. I got call from delivery center saying that your package will be deliver by eod. I waited till 7pm and when I called them back, they said he has log out and inform to driver. ‪+919633447394‬ Again today 19-jun-2021, they said there are no delivery associate available, will try to delivery today by 7pm. This is happening not for first time, even for earlier product I faced this problem. Then I cancelled that order. This is so disappointed and failed service. Giving fake promise for prime customer and not delivering on time and giving silly reason and useless reasons. I request please look into this issue. I lost my money and time.. But, product not delivered. Will Amazon pay back my money, my value of time?”

“Third class service Amazon listed fraud seller I have placed a sofa it's expected delivery 26 th we did not receive any product Amazon tracking status Mark delivered on 25 may as we didn't received product have called Amazon customer care said we are escalating will deliver in 2 days they taking 3 days again called customer care executive told seller as of now not listed in Amazon these type services providing amazon and even not giving confirmation for product delivery and refund. Third class service”

“Cheats frauds name it And it's Amazon!!! Inspite of ordering bulk orders, they knocked off the pay on delivery from my registered app!! While the purchase from any other number has cod available!! My good advice is do a pack up👎👎👎👎👎 Bloody cheats”

“Complete frauds, I ordered an olive oil costing rupees 799 The product was cancelled and conviniently removed off the list, so that I can't make a complaint for my paid product,on finally making so many calls , no refund has been initiated, nor the duffers attending my call did anything , inefficient bunch of indies , robbing their own people!! SHAME!!”

“I am very upset on one thing about amazon.....they are sometimes charging extra for next day delivery. Ok for emegency even after paying extra they are not delivering next day. They simply message "we are sorry". How convinient....ok if you charged me extra for fast deluvery and failed to pay....return my extra money that you charge.....but they dont.....this is "CHEATING"”
