Amazon India has tied up with few fraud sellers to maximise profit margin I was victim of one of those sellers,i was sold defective product and later seller and amazon denied to entertain my claim Amazon are getting greedy and need to be taught lessons by customers

I have received a wrong item.I reported it as wrong item in track order.Then there was a customer service ,I called them .It was a machine generated call.I asked for return by pressing 1 in the keypad .After that there was no response.

Maha 420 company. Never ever purchase from this site. They are cheaters selling maha ghatiya stuff on their site. Doing cheating on innocent customers. It should be banned in India

My order number is 405-4267668-4273146, I placed order on Thursday (17-Jun-2021) being a prime customer and it said to deliver next day (18-Jun-2021,Friday). But, next day it's said as delivery attempt. I didn't got a call from a delivery agent. When I raise the complaint immediately, they said it is escalated to delivery center and it will be delivered by end of day. I got call from delivery center saying that your package will be deliver by eod. I waited till 7pm and when I called them back, they said he has log out and inform to driver. ‪+919633447394‬ Again today 19-jun-2021, they said there are no delivery associate available, will try to delivery today by 7pm. This is happening not for first time, even for earlier product I faced this problem. Then I cancelled that order. This is so disappointed and failed service. Giving fake promise for prime customer and not delivering on time and giving silly reason and useless reasons. I request please look into this issue. I lost my money and time.. But, product not delivered. Will Amazon pay back my money, my value of time?

Third class service Amazon listed fraud seller I have placed a sofa it's expected delivery 26 th we did not receive any product Amazon tracking status Mark delivered on 25 may as we didn't received product have called Amazon customer care said we are escalating will deliver in 2 days they taking 3 days again called customer care executive told seller as of now not listed in Amazon these type services providing amazon and even not giving confirmation for product delivery and refund. Third class service

Cheats frauds name it And it's Amazon!!! Inspite of ordering bulk orders, they knocked off the pay on delivery from my registered app!! While the purchase from any other number has cod available!! My good advice is do a pack up👎👎👎👎👎 Bloody cheats

Complete frauds, I ordered an olive oil costing rupees 799 The product was cancelled and conviniently removed off the list, so that I can't make a complaint for my paid product,on finally making so many calls , no refund has been initiated, nor the duffers attending my call did anything , inefficient bunch of indies , robbing their own people!! SHAME!!

I am very upset on one thing about amazon.....they are sometimes charging extra for next day delivery. Ok for emegency even after paying extra they are not delivering next day. They simply message "we are sorry". How convinient....ok if you charged me extra for fast deluvery and failed to pay....return my extra money that you charge.....but they dont.....this is "CHEATING"

I wanted to surprise my mother with a Mother’s Day gift from Kama Ayurveda and decided to use Amazon for the delivery. This was the worst decision I made, the box was opened when it reached her and the condition of the product was “pathetic” in my mother’s words. What kind of customer service does Amazon provide. I am very disappointed and will post a review wherever possible and not recommend Amazon to anyone. I wasted my money and also this product was not used by my mother as I asked her not to if it was an open product. Thank u AMAZON for the most pathetic service

You get only 7 days for replacing the product if its faulty. Better to buy the product in a store as claiming warranty is much easier Amazon was not helpful as i found the product was faulty on the 8th day they refused to help me out in this situation. I pleaded help as the phone was purchased for my parents, during the COVID it's risky for them to go to store to get it checked but they haven't had any empathy in this regard. Hence kindly request to read the warranty refunds and replacement instructions before purchasing any products on this double standard amazon platform.

So many incomplete or broken packages. Amazon is just busy selling. Not bothered about quality of products and service. Any professional company always has a TOLL FREE number. They dont. Just think why ? Because they are not bothered about losing a few customers !!

I got wrong item, pampers in clear plastic cover 25 pcs instead of 72 XL pampers. I tried to return but they are not responding correctly.

I ordered a portable blender with 6 blades. It was horrible that i didn't received same product as shown in the picture. Blades, capacity, quality was different and substandard. Even it was the Chinese product with broken charging point. Product was completely of no use. I was not able to use it for once even. Requested refund.

Amazon.in in worst shopping site with wrong products details summary. Very poor in exchange return. No customers help service, customer care available on mobile site. Only order available. 🤬🤬

I have bought this product refrigerator 192ltr, order no attached . Placed order 6th April expected delivery was 17th April. I have started to follow from 15th with customer care. Today is now 21st order not delivered and customer care is only saying issue escalated no update nothing only say wait 2 business working days, when 2days completed again made call but same answer. These guys haven't any escalation matrix for customers. Where and how or go to legal action last thing I have option.
