I was ordered yesterday godrej professional keracare repair shampoo and mask which was costing me for Rs. 1508. But when the package delivered by the delivery guy that was leaked. And delivery boy said, sir this is not our mistake that was basically a packaging team mistake. So we have returned that package and with in 5 mins we got a call from amazon care they just gave 2 options. if yow denay to to take this package press 1 or if the delivery boy doesn't contact press 2. And we press 1 then they cut the call. I don't know what was happend. Seriouslly bad experience in the begaining of the morning.

I ordered items on amazon.in thrice the first two got cancelled without any call from the courier service or Amazon , just got an email and refund policy terms .. the third time because it was valentine's day I paid extra money to be delivered it on valentine's day wrote my whole address and they accepted my order money was deducted then I get a call in the middle of the day that my pincode is not available for delivery , we call customer care the first time they agreed it to be delivered I have it on phone record we were assured by Ms. Supriya and once we disconnected the call the order was cancelled within seconds of disconnection of call we called again , Mr.prashant gave us some stupid answers we asked for escalation call to a superior Mr. Jagdeep talked to us for more than the time accepted with no solution and just a sorry , no refund,no delivery, no service to be satisfied with and then disconnected the call on my face saying this issue is just going round and round and with no courtesy he disconnected the call on my face . I am so disappointed with how you people handle customers and thier issues ... I am disgusted of how I was treated and with no solution I am stuck my valentine day was ruined felt like you people don't know the feeling of love or your customers . Please it's a humble request that being a multi-intrenational company you should be more considerate . Thank you Sejal Patel

Fake Prime Member Rebulic Day Early Access Sale. Was charged Rs 2500 more than the republic day sale very disappointed on such gimmicks practiced my the most customer centric organization in world.

i wanted a link to write a seller review, but Amazon did not provide that option for one specific seller "Cloudtail India". when i contacted the custoemr care, they just kept on saying that they are sorry for the inconvenience caused to me. i don't need customer care exec.'s "sorry". i need a link for writing this seller's review. they said i should mail to Amazon, but i know from past experience that Amazon doesn't respond to such mails, as they don't care about negative feedback. sorry that this girl [customer care exec.] was on the call and couldn't solve my problem which seems more to be with Amazon as an online selling platform. also if you write negative feedback about the seller in the product review then Amazon rejects the review. clearly, Amazon is protecting this seller inspite of the pathetic service they are providing and not giving an old and valued customer to voice their opinion and put other buyers on alert regarding this kind of fraudulent service.

Fake site and fake products being sold. Half of the products are defective and don't work and when wanted to return within the return time line was informed that the item can't be picked up and I have to return the products spending money from my pocket. Policies and all state that customer can return the products and it would be picked up but in reality its some thing else

bought a furniture from this Company and I paid it in Cash on Delivery...They shipped it to me and the same day a person came to assemble it... He opened the box and spread the entire box on the floor with mirrors exposed outside the box after some time he said somethings is missing in the box and left saying will come next day... After 5 days did not turn up. We had requested for a refund... They have not done it after a month also... Till now trying to call customer service who give the same anwer. Issue will get resolved in 24 to 48 hours... I asked for a mail confirmation... They don't hesitate to do that... The biggest joke I spoke to the Senior... One started telling we have sent mail saying will resolve the issue... Not refund😄 I month till now I am not able to get the refund

Order # 405-1523704-5126769. AMAZON SERVICE HAS BECOME WORST THAN EVER.DON’T USE AMAZON FOR YOUR PURCHASES AND THEY WON’T DELIVER THE PRODUCT AND THE WILL CANCELED THE ORDER BESED ON THERE NEEDS. I HAVE SEVERAL INSTANCES WITH AMAZON INDIA SERVICE. I WAS THE PRIME CUSTOMER FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS NOW. IT HAS BECOME Worst service.Handled my money without delivering my order.

Worst app ever! I have ordered an item before 25days ago but it has not been deliverying yet. As well I am not able to cancel that order. Never shop with amazone.

I am from Canada and we use Amazon Canada regularly, almost every week. The company handles everything superbly, professionally and we have never had any complaints whatsoever. With amazon India, this is our second bad experience. Once we had sent chocolates and only the empty box had reached. Now, I ordered for a toaster oven, to be delivered to my 80 year old parents and guess what! It reached damaged! What will my old parents do? In this Covid time, it's not possible for them to ship it back, or go to a post office to return like we do here! I can't imagine how a same company, can be so professional in Canada and just the opposite in India! They are expecting my mother to take pictures and upload to prove the damage! How ridiculous is that!!

Amazon has started using deception and seems like now they are more focused on helping the seller sell the items then their customers. Being a customer of Amazon for last 5 years, I am really sorry to see this from Amazon. One of the reasons people buy expensive stuff from Amazon without looking in person or talking to anyone is the trust people have on Amazon and the fact that Amazon would return the product if there is wrong from seller side. But now seems like they don't care. So, I would suggest people to buy their stuff directly from a store. At least you will know exactly what you are buying and clear any questions you might have. Seeing this I am also thinking about removing my services from AWS and suggest the same to my clients and vendors. Seems like Amazon is not the same.

CHEATING, CHEATING, CHEATING!!! Amazon prime is a hoax. I got Amazon Prime for the purpose of fast delivery but when i tried to order few items, the delivery date was shown after 22 days, which is totally unacceptable. For this reason I am giving Amazon 0 (zero) rating. Don't do the Prime membership. The delivery facility (both prime as well as normal) is too bad.

Tracking ID:248183149073:: Step by step you are telling the transit details of the product ordered.But when it reaches the destination (per yr own statement) you just say sorry,it will take another one week.That means either you are lying from day one or there is some problem at the destination end.My order which was supposed to reach Chennai by 15/10/2020,is delayed by one more week. Please do justify the reason for the delay.My contact no 9382211213
