“Order # 405-1523704-5126769. AMAZON SERVICE HAS BECOME WORST THAN EVER.DON’T USE AMAZON FOR YOUR PURCHASES AND THEY WON’T DELIVER THE PRODUCT AND THE WILL CANCELED THE ORDER BESED ON THERE NEEDS. I HAVE SEVERAL INSTANCES WITH AMAZON INDIA SERVICE. I WAS THE PRIME CUSTOMER FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS NOW. IT HAS BECOME Worst service.Handled my money without delivering my order.”

“I am from Canada and we use Amazon Canada regularly, almost every week. The company handles everything superbly, professionally and we have never had any complaints whatsoever. With amazon India, this is our second bad experience. Once we had sent chocolates and only the empty box had reached. Now, I ordered for a toaster oven, to be delivered to my 80 year old parents and guess what! It reached damaged! What will my old parents do? In this Covid time, it's not possible for them to ship it back, or go to a post office to return like we do here! I can't imagine how a same company, can be so professional in Canada and just the opposite in India! They are expecting my mother to take pictures and upload to prove the damage! How ridiculous is that!!”

“Amazon has started using deception and seems like now they are more focused on helping the seller sell the items then their customers. Being a customer of Amazon for last 5 years, I am really sorry to see this from Amazon. One of the reasons people buy expensive stuff from Amazon without looking in person or talking to anyone is the trust people have on Amazon and the fact that Amazon would return the product if there is wrong from seller side. But now seems like they don't care. So, I would suggest people to buy their stuff directly from a store. At least you will know exactly what you are buying and clear any questions you might have. Seeing this I am also thinking about removing my services from AWS and suggest the same to my clients and vendors. Seems like Amazon is not the same.”

“CHEATING, CHEATING, CHEATING!!! Amazon prime is a hoax. I got Amazon Prime for the purpose of fast delivery but when i tried to order few items, the delivery date was shown after 22 days, which is totally unacceptable. For this reason I am giving Amazon 0 (zero) rating. Don't do the Prime membership. The delivery facility (both prime as well as normal) is too bad.”

“Tracking ID:248183149073:: Step by step you are telling the transit details of the product ordered.But when it reaches the destination (per yr own statement) you just say sorry,it will take another one week.That means either you are lying from day one or there is some problem at the destination end.My order which was supposed to reach Chennai by 15/10/2020,is delayed by one more week. “Hi My name is Lakshya I order one item first time from Amazon my order number - WV001RCA0263 on 07october2020 I received message that my order has been delivered but I didn't receive. The amazon seller also didn't contact me his pin number 3134,I already pay by UPI but I call amazon they customer service said to me don't worry we will send your parcel thin in 3 day's but still 14october didn't get, My first experience is very very shameful worst. “I got sony a7 iii for an amazing deal from the seller "Appario retail pvt limited". But the awful thing is the seal was tampered and the camera itself had many scratches on the sides. The warranty might not work because the serial no. that you had to register with Sony was not on the box. So my guess is the camera was replaced with a used one. Anyways when I am returning the product since there was no refund option and only replacement is available, amazon is canceling my return option repeatedly (well that's not fair, to be honest and this raises my suspicion on the products authenticity and this sellers authenticity. I'm scammed.)”

“I ordered 2 items on the same day however I got the notification about 2 different deliver dates, though I ordered stuff from the same seller, it was ordered on the 11th of sept, was told I’ll get it by 17th, didn’t get it. Since then I have been trying contacting, absolutely zero communication. Extremely poor service. There’s literally no one who can speak with, no one is freakin’ there have us call back! Or even reply to the emails. I’m still waiting for my parcel, and have no clue about it. Very disappointed and absolutely disgusted by the way Amazon deals with its customers !”

“The product quality was not upto the mark..but had pethetic experience with return pickup..I made 10 calls to remind them to collect it on time and everytime they made sillly excuse like your number was not working...it has been 5 days and m still keeping this and waiting to get my money back ..they didn't initiate refund just because they have not collected it yet which is absolutely their own fault ..they promised me to provide it's resolution today coz I clearly told them I can't take more off from work but no response til now .. unprofessionalism noticed .every time I spoke to customer care executive they all had different openions..”

“As an ardent fan of Amazon!!! I am shocked with this!!! The Earpods were ordered from Amazon. Amazon parcel was already partially opened, I ignored the same thinking maybe it was opened to check by officials due to the lithium battery warning, but then I open the package and the boult box is bent and frayed, on opening the box, the entire Earpods holder and pods were unhygienic, scratched, damaged , they had ear wax on it, like its already used, which is disgusting to another level, I dint even want to touch it and try to see if it's working any further, in times like this with Covid19 when hygiene levels have to be at its best this is what I receive, it's just horridly disappointing. I have ordered the same Earpods in black one month back from Amazon there was no issues and they were superb, but what happened now. I have already initiated for a return with Amazon. But this is horrible, It has surely left a bad image and I am compelled to look for another option just because of this incident. When I tried to reach out to them via a review and complain, they blocked my account from writing reviews and don't revert go my calls or chat support saying we'll get back to you!!! What happened Amazon ????????”
